We stopped in for dinner. The dining area was empty. Generally speaking, everything was pretty good. My boyfriend chose the choose-your-own pasta with chicken and Alfredo. The chicken was very chewy and fatty, making it impossible for him to eat. Everything else was fine. I had the signature cheese steak with ketchup and pickles, which was very good.

We have been to other locations and im not sure why this happened to us tonight.
The wings were a little more crisp for our liking. the fries were burnt and the seaso bites were over cooked. The pizza was great. The young man that was over waiter was very pleasant and well deserving of a fair tip… he wasn’t the cook.
We have had good food at the smyrna store, elsmere, Newark and Maryland ave.

I’ve been going to seasons pizza for years and it’s really a shame that the quality has gone downhill. This is what passes for a large pizza now. A pizza that barely fits the box and slices that are smaller than my hand. Even with the “bad cut” this is unacceptable.
Edit: I opened the wings about an hour later, and they barely had any sauce and were bland. Their response was to gaslight me on the phone saying the manager packed it themselves and there’s “enough” sauce.

Seasons pizza have lot of vegetarian option. Mine favourite are vegetable lover, cheese bread, old bay fries and garlic bread. These are so delicious and tempting, I end up ordering them again and again. The only negative point of seasons pizza is that there is some kind of smell in dinning area.

Folks at the store “changed” my order and sent me what they felt like sending. Manager – Manuel- was utterly rude when I called to complain he did not apologize, but stuck to his story that no one had switched my food. Manager with better skills may have alleviated the situation. I could NOT call store and ask x fix as it was late at night, they were closed. Day after when u spoke with manager.. it was no use. Serve yourselves the disappointment and don’t order from the store.

I had ordered pizza last night and wings I tried explaining to the gentleman how I wanted everything cooked he did not completely understand what I was saying when he was taking my order and when the order was delivered I tried calling back to the store nobody picked up on top of all of this that delivery driver was very rude I guess he didn’t like the tip which was given to him and a good amount. And please let’s not mention the children’s mac and cheese was like extremely runny and horrible.

Literally just moved to the area about 30 hours ago and passed this place. Food was a 7/10 but service was lackluster, and that’s putting it nicely. The young girl with the bad skin has a terrible attitude. The older gentleman, who looks to be in management, should have a better approach when resolving customer issues. Get new people to run the front.

Felt like splurging tonight, passed this joint and did a U…. This is it it ain’t New York but pizzas be fire though.. I realize they are BIG on takeout. Pizzas and anything else usually take about 15-20 minutes and really good. I’ll definitely pass through again..
