This place used to be jam up. Now there’s only 1 cashier every time. It’s so slow. The food quality is wayyy down. Stained ceiling tiles. Worn out chairs/tables. Its a bummer because I really like the choices and flavors. Put some money back into your business.

I really don’t know what’s going on at this location, but the quality of the food here has gone down tremendously over the past year at least. I have gone five times this year alone. Every single time I’ve gone recently, my teriyaki chicken has been absolutely disgusting. Every second or third bite is a total gamble between a rubbery, slimy fatty piece or a rock hard cartilage-type piece. It’s extremely jarring and awful to eat, and feels like I’m being served scraps.

Food is a 2 out of 10 it’s not very good. This used to be a solid 7 out of 10 but it has gone way down. The cashier couldn’t get the order right and the food was almost like they used all rotten vegetables and cheaper ingredients it cost $50 for a child a 2 adults and a side of California roll rather expensive for that price it’s worth going elsewhere. Honestly will not be returning here anytime soon

I ordered online and came to pick it up at the time indicated on my receipt. Food wasn’t ready and I told them my name. They proceeded to prepare orders that came after mine for the next 20 minutes. I gave them my name again, nothing. I asked for my money back and then they quickly gave me my order with an item missing. Cashier rolled his eyes when I asked for the missing items. Food was mediocre at best. Never coming back. I’ll go to Kyoto instead where the food is good and the service is friendly.

Stood for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged, and at that time the employee informed me that it would be another 5 before someone took my order. I was on my lunch break and wasted valuable time trying to get served by people who obviously didn’t care, so I left. I would also like to add that the restaurant was completely empty when I came in. I’ve been many times before and put up with mediocre customer service and disappointing food. I will never be back.

The food was delicious. I got a super bowl with orange chicken and steak, my nephew got the same but with steak and shrimp and my husband got the fillet mignon and a monster roll. Everything we got was delicious and one of the best parts, to me at least, is that the rice didn’t go crunchy in the refrigerator. It was just as soft the next day. In fact all of the left overs tasted just as good the next day. The only problem I had with the whole experience was that the woman running the register seemed to be in a bad mood and acted to me at least like she really didn’t want to be there. As I have never been there before I don’t know if this is normal or if she was in fact just having a bad day. The other young man we talked to was very nice and helpful though. I would definitely recommend going here.

They have amazing hibachi bowls , the best sushi rolls !! The most affordable hibachi place in town , 10 out of 10 would recommend!! Great prices and great portions!!
