I enjoyed the Chef’s special beef noodle soup both times, but it was even better the second time when I added a fried egg and some baby bok choy.
I’m not usually a noodle person. What I know about noodles is either the wok style ones I used to eat back home in Egypt or simple instant noodles at home. That said, this spot changed my perspective. The noodles here are handmade right in front of you, and you can really taste the difference. Fresh, well-textured, and done properly.
The place is very busy, which is usually a good sign, and overall the service moves fast. If you order a broth based noodle dish, it comes out quickly and is served hot, which is great. The issue comes when one person orders broth noodles and the other orders a non broth dish. Those take noticeably longer, and by the time they arrive, the broth dish is already cooling down. That takes away from the experience when you’re eating together.
Because of that timing gap, I’m taking one star off. The food quality is strong, and the handmade noodles are the highlight, but better coordination between dishes would really improve the experience.
Still, if you’re into fresh, handmade noodles, this place is worth trying. Just keep the order timing in mind.
You po mien with fried chili sauce was delicious and came with bok choy.
I walked in during lunchtime and found plenty of seating, but since I was dining solo, I was seated at the front when I actually wanted a bigger booth. The place filled up quickly, creating a lively atmosphere with nice background music.
Great service and absolutely delicious food! Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The service is pretty fast as well, but overall it’s a pretty chill spot.
Had dinner there and got both the noodles and dumpling, which came out hot and delicious. After that we also had the custard buns which were alright. I especially liked the tomato egg noodles out of everything we got.
It’s got yummy food and tasty dumplings, what more can you ask for? dipping them in the vinegar and chilli oil makes it even tastier though.
We were in the mood for Chinese food today and as usual we went and searched for a spot that we haven’t tried yet. We landed on Seasons Noodles & Dumplings Garden. Typing the name out just now, I realized that we didn’t order any dumplings. If a dish is in the name of the restaurant, you have to try what they’re known for. With that thought in mind, we ordered a noodle dish and fried rice. For the noodles we ordered the Mongolian Beef over thin flat noodles and a chicken bowl on the side. The fried rice was Beef Fried Rice. This was an online order. I wish the online menu had a bit more details for each dish. I guess the name of them is pretty simple, but like the dumplings, I didn’t know how many you get with the order. Online ordering was fairly quick and simple tho. We received our order ahead of the promised time since it wasn’t busy there about 5pm on a Saturday. My son was pleased with the fried rice. He loves to get beef fried rice where ever we go and he said that this place tasted good. For the noodles, we opened our bag and were surprised to see the chicken sitting on top of the noodles instead of the Mongolian beef. The chicken didn’t have much, if any, seasoning at all. The Mongolian beef was separate in its own container. We mixed the meat and noodles together and began to eat. The flavor of the Mongolian beef was amazing and the hand cooked noodles had a great bite to it. The only thing we found distasteful was that it was a bit oily. We had to distinguish the oil from the sauce in each bite of the mixed food. Aside from that, it was a great experience and we will go back to try their dumplings at least.
