Amazing noodles! The owner truly makes all of the noodles by hand and it makes such a difference. The sauce was very nice and simple – which is exactly what you want so that the homemade noodles and lovely fresh produce have a chance to shine. Despite being a food court setting the owner brought our food right to where we were sitting as it was a quiet night. He was incredibly sweet, and I wish him and his wife nothing but the best!
