We actually over ordered since the portions were larger than we expected of a higher priced establishment. Flat bread was great, crab cake was delicious, moist, and not overcooked as some usually are.
Entrees of the winter menu chicken and gnocchi were rich and delicious. Sides of brussels sprouts and cauliflower gratin were not overly seasoned so you could taste everything, which is much appreciated. I really enjoy seasonal menu.
The cocktail we ordered was strong, but delicious. I asked for extra grilled lemons for my iced tea and an espresso, I was surprised there was not an extra charge for these and it was much appreciated.
Desserts were rich and flavorful, also the price matches the size.
Making this a regular stop due to the seasonal menu offerings.
For food we ordered the tuna tartare and the lobster bisque. Both had great flavor and glad with both choices. For a main meal we tried the Chilean sea bass. It was equally amazing. The prices were very fair and the portion sizes left us feeling satisfied and full. Really enjoyed my experience.
We ordered the charcuterie which was small for the price, it was good but there is not much on the plate at all.
Then they brought my wifes steak salad out, but did not bring mine, the waitress dropped it off and left pretty quick, no indication that they were still waiting for mine?
I dont know about anyone else but usually when I go to dinner with somebody there would normally be 2 entrees unless splitting a giant pile of nachos or something. You would THINK that handing off a single entree of that small size (more on that in a bit) that you would doublecheck and ask if there was supposed to be another entree and maybe go check. But rather she dropped it off and immediatly disappeared.
After about 10 minutes, nobody checking to see if we had everything i had to ask one of the bartenders and she said “maybe they forgot, ill check” and she disappeared. About 4-5 minutes later she came back with a pretty sad looking seared Mahi salad, it looked about half the size of what the menu showed, very little greens. Picture added, and there was no offer of an apology, which as somebody who spent 20 years working in customer service i found to be suprising.
I mean, my wife has her food, it took 10-15 minutes later to get mine, I told her to go ahead and eat but she wanted to wait for me so her steak just got cold.
In the end, the portions were really bad, the service was bad, there was no effort to apologize for messing it up, we were charged about 100 bucks for 1 drink each, 2 disappintingly small salads, 1 small appetizer, and we left hungry.
If you want to spend full price for amateur hour, very small portions, entrees being spaced out in delivery, and nobody offering so much as a small apology for an obvuious blunder, and a lack of any accountability, this is your spot!
The only thing they got right was the Old Fashioned, which is not terribly hard to do.
I celebrated my 30th birthday here and I could not have asked for a better experience. They really know how to make you feel special! Our waitress, Haley, the manager, and the staff that brought our food offered nothing but pleasant and warm interactions.
They have a beautiful open kitchen, large bar, and we loved the booths and low lighting.
Our food was cooked and seasoned very well. The scallops in particular were amazing!
We live in Chicago so we can’t come back often, but we will definitely dine here every time we come back to Colorado.
Thank you again to all the staff there the night of 11/6/25.
