Excellent food! We had the chicken pot pie, short ribs, and meat ball starter – all delicious and each other as an inventive twist on a familiar dish. Friendly staff and lovely space. Worth a trip even if you’re not nearby.

This place is delightful, absolutely immaculate vibe that strikes a perfect balance between hometown charm and upscale dining.
While the menu appears small, the flavors and ingredients are diverse, every dish prepared with care, attractively presented, and absolutely delicious. The service is friendly, attentive, and very well run.
I sat at the bar and every single dish that came out of the kitchen looked and smelled delicious. My only complaint is that I simply could not eat more than

Shared the sweet chili meatballs for an app(forgot to take a pic), my girl got the short ribs, and I got the chicken pot pie for dinner, and shared the s’mores jar for dessert. Everything came out super fast and tasted great . Star of the show for us was definitely the pomegranate braised short ribs, absolutely phenomenal!

Wow what a find!
We were instantly welcomed to a cosy atmosphere and the food was just superb. The pomegranate braised short ribs were mountwateringly tender and the red wine poached pear with a maple mascarpone cream – (pictured) was heavenly!
We will definitely be back!

Was excited for Randolph, the town I grew up in, and where my family still resides, to have a new restaurant option. To my delight, this was not just any restaurant option! From first glance, the attention to atmosphere, the wine and beer list, and the diverse and carefully crafted menu were all great signs. Our family shared a few appetizers, all had a different entree all with great remarks, and left room for the generous number of desert offerings. So amazing to experience this quality of food and drink while still remaining accessible to central Vermonters like ourselves. Nick, our server, was also very accommodating and friendly. We will be back!

My husband and I were spending a night in the area and hoping to have dinner at a restaurant in Randolph, VT where we had eaten a couple of year ago … but we couldn’t remember the name of the place where we had been previously. We found “The Seasoned Skillet Restaurant” after searching on-line and “thought” this might be the same place … Turned out it wasn’t (previous restaurant gone) but what a lucky case of mistaken identity! We had a wonderful dinner at “The Seasoned Skillet”, including a delicious soup, salad, entrees and dessert! We were so surprised when we learned that this place had just opened for the first time two weeks previously! Staff were friendly and attentive and we had nice conversation with other guests while sitting at the bar as we ate. Highly recommend checking out this great little restaurant! It’s a lovely, cozy setting and would suggest you call ahead about space and reservations.

We got the butternut sage gratin, sweet chili meatballs, & the pear salad for appetizers. Everything was delicious especially the meatballs. For entrees, we got beef short ribs, chicken pot pie, and the beef kofta. All of the entrees were fantastic and I wouldn’t change a thing. The service was lovely and you could tell they really take pride in their restaurant. Overall a pleasant experience for us.

Very nice interior with cute decorations. Exceptional food, and the price is nothing too crazy. The service was absolutely stellar. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our experience as much as we possibly could. Make sure you try this!!!

We had to do takeout because I am on chemotherapy, and it is not safe for me to be around crowds. Let’s start there. They were gracious and made that possible for us. The butternut sage gratin was melt-in-your-mouth. The chicken pot pie was beyond delicious, says my wife. The biscuits were a special treat. I had the pomegranate red wine braised short ribs. Lured by the molasses, I tried something I would normally bypass. It was WONDERFUL, and the créme brulée was so good. Because I do not eat much at a sitting, and because my appetite is diminished, I have at least one more meal of mine – actually, we both do! The servings are generous. To the owners: We would give you six stars if we could! Welcome to Randolph. I think we lucked out.

We had a very enjoyable dinner with friends. The restaurant was busy but we didn’t feel rushed and the service was great. From appetizers, to mains, to desserts the food was amazing, creative twists on familiar dishes, like a chicken pot pie topped with flakey biscuits, and the presentation of each dish was beautiful as well!
