This is one of my favorite places to eat at because they fry the fish just the way I like it with the cornmeal on it. And the garlic fries are delicious too. Plus, the owner Myra is so friendly and the food she makes is homemade. And the Chef cooks it to perfection.
I highly recommend this place if you are looking for great seafood dishes and homemade clam chowder and pastas.

Great calamari. And excellent softshell crab sandwich. Unfortunately the fish and chips were battered too thickly for my liking, but the owner made sure to come out and apologized for the inconvenience and was very accomodating. Very friendly staff and beautiful restaurant.

Overpriced terrible food. Service not good either. The fish n chips were stinky! They were dry odds and ends of bad fish. The lady who took my order at the counter and handled cash said she was the cook and the owner. She charged me $1 for extra tartar sauce and loudly said that everything is expensive and that her rent was 10K/month. Good luck with that. Cannot recommend this place. Will not return.

Came 02/06/2026 for my birthday.
Ordered the black mussels with butter sauce and the fried catfish plate. Amazing food, the fish was fried perfectly and the collard greens tasted great. I told them it was my birthday and they gave me a free piece of chocolate pie.

This is a cute little mom and pop restaurant but the food is honestly subpar. My favorite thing to eat is clam chowder and it tastes from a can here. I also ordered pizza for my toddler and it was not cooked. I’m giving it 4 stars out of 5 because the service was great. Quick service, very sweet server, and she didn’t charge us for the pizza and was apologetic.

Mom and pop seafood diner that was a short walk through the neighborhood from the hotel. A variety of tables inside and out and I was able to grab a great seat on the sidewalk patio on a nice evening. Went with the country fried fish and chips. The fish was perfectly breaded and cooked and the fries were that great lightly crisped with fluffy insides you crave. Just well executed low key food in an easy place to unwind after a long day. Service was friendly and personable.

I had to edit my review because after coming back to this place they completely changed the menu which was highly disappointing. They don’t even serve cocktails anymore, only beer. I’m not sure if they are under management now or what but what I did order this time was still good. The bread bowl was good & the fried fish were amazing! I’ll still come back but I am sad that they got rid of the old menu.

Very friendly service, cute restaurant. New owner since last September. I really wish the food was better. The shrimp salad was okay, but the fried batter was way too thick and hard.
