Wow! We had a great experience here for valentines. We will definitely be back. Great food and fun drinks. The bread with cumin butter was unexpected and delicious. Loved the scallops and the sunchoke potatoes. So good.

I have been to Seasalt Annapolis twice now. The service is always amazing, the foods are always superb and you can really tell that they are from a really good quality ingredients. Last visit was special, me and my husband met Mia, one of the best waitress we ever met. She was courteous, kind, informative, with a very well-attitude. We had a nice talk since it was Monday so was not too busy for her, and it was a really fun time for us. We had good food (with one of their best homemade bread) and good conversation. I really recommend you to try Seasalt Annapolis as one of a go to restaurant in a beautiful area of Annapolis.

I went to Seasalt for my birthday dinner and it exceeded all of my expectations. When we walked in we immediately felt the energetic vibe of the restaurant packed with locals accommodating large and small crowds with a packed bar and a swanky lounge. We also appreciated our server who was bright, bubbly, and incredibly knowledgeable on menu items and wines. We got the octopus and ceviche to start. Our servers recommend we take every element of the dish and eat it in one bite to get the full experience and she was absolutely spot on. The crispy salty capers, chilis, and citrus complimented the octopus so well. The ceviche which featured grouper was some of the best I’ve ever. Light yet packed with flavor. For mains we got the special which was the branzino and the king salmon. Both dishes were delicate but so delicious. We opted for the White Bordeaux which complicated every dish nicely. Portion sizes were perfect for us. By looking at the plate sizes we were initially skeptical but we felt completely satisfied and full by the end of our meal. Overall, Seasalt is great for any occasion. Every element of each dish was carefully curated to highlight the fish. It’s upscale dining yet casual atmosphere made it the perfect evening to celebrate my birthday.

We have eaten dinner at this restaurant twice in the past two months. The food is phenomenally good. The wait staff is great, too.

They offer a wide selection of fresh oysters and so many other seafood options. The mixed drinks and wine were all delicious.

The first time we went, Kristen took care of us. She recognized us last night! She has a great memory and is a wonderful server.

My only advice would be to have a few more non seafood options for the one or two people in the dinner party who aren’t sea food eaters.

Had a pre-Grandparents celebration dinner before visiting our kids and grandson. Our server Caden was outstanding, explained everything clearly and guided us through the menu. We shared the fried oyster appetizer and the homemade Salted bread and butter which were excellent. Main courses including Grilled swordfish and gnocchi with wild mushrooms and greens were both delicious. Deserts didn’t disappoint and thanks to management we were treated to a classic Greek liqueur to finish dinner. We highly recommend SeaSalt and will definitely be back when we visit.

We highly recommend this new spot in Annapolis. It will definitely become a favorite of ours. It’s has an upscale rustic decor with great attention to detail. Fantastic service! We never ran out of water and she changed our silverware out between courses. Absolutely beautiful presentation and flavor across the board

Craft cocktails have cute Maryland-based names. Both the ones we tried were mixed well. You can taste the ginger in the homemade ginger beer in the Hogan & Lennon. We also got espresso martini’s with desert. They should put them on the menu because they are legit!

Started with the ceviche of the day, which was snapper. Very fresh and clean tasting with good texture. Citrus and peppers are a subtle background flavor.

Sea Scallops – delicious, scallops super tender and buttery; potato hash was properly cooked, and apple added a subtle sweetness. Only criticism is that it could have been a little hotter temperature wise

Alfonsino – fish was perfectly cooked. Crispy skin with juicy and moist filets. Zucchini was fully cooked but wasn’t mushy; it still had a nice crunch to it.

Peach crisp- good ratio of ingredients, nice and hot, very flavorful; could taste the cinnamon

Strawberry shortcake – blast of nostalgia; the shortcake was the right amount of airy, sponginess vs. dense texture; strawberries were so flavorful, I wish I could produce shop where they do. The lemon curd was a great, slightly tart pairing to balance to the sweet.

One thing to note is that potions sizes are on the smaller end.

The best raw oysters; service, setting and salt bread. A real treat to eat, to seat. Tough to beat! The decor is fresh and clean. Not expecting to love white bread, but it was hot, fresh and crusty with salt just right. Seafood is handled properly to temp to season to serve. When food is honored, it sings to the consumer. I don’t know about their desserts, as, even tho this was a birthday celebration for my friend, we did not need a sweet. Perhaps next time…Try them – they’re uncommonly delicious.

My wife ordered the scallops. They were expertly prepared and the freshness of the meal stood out. Very tasty but not overwhelmed with competing flavors. Fancy but unpretentious. My fried rainbow trout was delicious. It paired very nicely with the greens and the sauce. The deserts were fresh, unique, and not overly sweet. A great end to the meal.

The restaurant had a lively, happy vibe. The service was timely and the staff attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

It was my first visit to this brand-new establishment, and what an incredible experience it was! If you’re ever craving fresh fish, shellfish, and a perfectly cooked and seasoned ribeye, this is the place for you! The warm and inviting atmosphere the moment you walk in is enough to make you forget all the stress of your workday. Our server Chelsea was AH-mazing!! Looking forward to many Anchovy Hour in the near future!!
