We started with the mini lobster, caviar, and burrata tartlets, which was a creative and delicious dish. For our entrées we had the sea scallops/shrimp risotto and the 10oz filet with basil whipped potatoes, and both were excellent.
It was a very enjoyable evening overall. Also worth mentioning the manager, Mark, was fabulous. He stopped by our table twice to introduce himself and check on us, which really added a personal touch to the experience.
Looking forward to coming back.
The Clothesline Bacon is a genius (and delicious) concept, and the Lobster Scramble was a total showstopper!
The Chicken and Waffles were also impressive, and the Tartare and Bloody Mary Oysters were fresh highlights. Portions are very generous and perfect for sharing, which we loved. To top it off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Wine per glass choices were not the best so we bought a bottle!
If you’re in the food scene you’ll know David Burke from his famous Angry lobster and lollipops from NYC, james Beard awards and his multiple restaurants.
He just opened SeaHawk 2weeks ago and it’s already packed
The food is absolutely FANTASTIC
Highly recommend the crab cake with the pretzel crust (it looks like a raft). The flavours are perfectly paired.
The lobster dumplings are insanely good. Bonus points for the lobster legs which make them easy to eat
Oh and the key lime pie. Light citrusy not heavy
So good!
We went at the recommendation of a friend from NYC and were not disappointed. The ambiance is light, airy, overlooking the marina, high ceilings and great art
The food is light, delicious, came out quickly. Service is attentive and the chef himself is there. We had the lobster dumplings (must have), beets and burrata and the famous clothesline bacon seared upon order. Will be back
David Burke was there himself, which was such a cool surprise. The food was incredible and the drinks were next level. Everything we had was perfect. We went in casually and left already planning our next visit. Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
Food is delicious and innovative, incorporating a lot of worldy flavors into this fused and fun Floridian take on what a classic steakhouse is supposed to be. Chef Pedro is extremely dedicated to his craft and cooks with a lot of corazón, you can feel it in the food.
Wine list is worldly and on point, with a lot of great selections and not overly pricey, there is something for everyone. I did not try any cocktails but am looking forward to coming back for it, especially at the outdoor bar overlooking marina.
Service is very high level. This is quite refreshing since genuine hospitality is hard to find in Palm Beach County. Daniel and his Team are super welcoming and on top of all the details, you have to experience this to fully appreciate it.
Atmosphere is quite vibrant and the newly renovated spot is very much exciting and inviting at the same time. Decor is minimalistic but elevated, with really clean design and a modern take challenging old school steakhouse joints. No cost was spared and it’s great to see attention to details like custom engraved cutlery.
Overall, this has to be the hottest spot in town right now, and I have a feeling it will stay like that for a while. Watch out Palm Beach, there is a new best hospitality heavyweight contender in town, and the name is Seahawk Prime by David Burke, remember the name.
Chef David Burke personally stopped by our table multiple times to check on us, along with the manager Andrew and his assistant manager, which made the experience feel very personal and welcoming.
The bread basket was a true work of art, featuring a beautiful variety of freshly baked breads. I had the green martini, which was incredibly smooth and flavorful, while my husband enjoyed the tequila old-fashioned — perfectly balanced and delicious.
For dinner, I had the Florida snapper, cooked to perfection and served over a flavorful couscous. My husband ordered the New York strip, and it was clear this is a true steakhouse — the steak was cooked exactly right.
Overall, a grand experience from start to finish. We can’t wait to return often. Reservations are highly recommended.
The new location is beautiful, easy to get to, and the service on Valentine’s night was excellent despite the restaurant being absolutely slammed. The staff handled the busy evening with professionalism and warmth, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the standard I’ve come to expect. The onion soup arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing. We ordered the tomahawk steak, and that was the biggest letdown of the evening. While they nailed the medium rare temperature perfectly, the meat itself wasn’t particularly tender or flavorful. It seemed like most of the seasoning came from the thick char on the outside, rather than from the quality or preparation of the steak itself. Knowing how outstanding David Burke’s steaks can be, this felt especially underwhelming.
I truly wanted to love this experience and had been looking forward to it for weeks. I’m hoping this was just an off night due to the Valentine’s Day rush, because I know how incredible this brand can be. I sincerely hope future visits better reflect the standard I’ve enjoyed before.
