Food was definitely not worth the price of a $600 meal. Service was good, though.

Seagar’s in San Destin is a very nice experience. First class service in a beautiful surrounding. The food is excellent and there are a wide variety of items from which to choose. We had a really memorable meal and will be back whenever we are in the area. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was WONDERFUL!!! The food was AMAZING!!! The atmosphere was so fancy! This was a rare experience for us, and they did not disappoint. As someone who wants to become a chef, it was really nice to meet the head chef and experience flavors I’ve never had before. This was a true fine dining experience that made us feel so special. Sending a special thanks to everyone who works here.

Service and hospitality is unmatched here!Best Ribeye I’ve had in a long time!!! Perfectly seasoned and cooked! Side dishes were amazing as well! My mom always has problems with getting her “well done” steak cook the way she wants, and the chefs hit it on the money. We’ll definitely be back!!!

The food here at Seagar’s Prime Steaks and Seafood was everything that we thought it would be. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a treat. All of the waiters/waitresses were top notch and the service overall was A+. The food was amazing. I had the lobster bisque and a Porterhouse steak and my wife had the French onion soup and a Ribeye. Our sides were mashed potatoes and sautéed mushrooms. Of course we didn’t finish all of our food but it was an amazing next day lunch lol. If we are ever back in town, we will definitely be back.

This was our anniversary dinner. They gave us our own private wine room. It was beautiful. The food and service was incredible. From drinks to fresh made bread, table side fresh made Caesar salad and dressing, to our main course of surf and turf, everything was perfect!

This establishment is definitely operated as a top end restaurant. They ensure you have multiple concerned wait staff servicing your table to achieve a high level of attention and satisfaction. However, we provided several specific instructions on how we wanted our food prepared. This was completely ignored. The ingredients were wonderful but not prepared as we like without spices. We asked for only light salt. Now, the wait staff seemed very attentive and seemed to take good notes. So, I assume the cheif was too arrogant to alter his food from his preferences. If you want your food prepared exactly as stated on the menu, you will likely do well, but don’t bother asking for any preferences to how you like your food. The only serve food as the want to!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary by splurging at Seagar’s. We both got lobster bisque, which was brown with soppy bread croutons on top. It also tasted quite salty. My husband ordered steak, which was good. I ordered scallops and was shocked to see that for $54 I got only three scallops. Three! We ordered mashed potatoes as a side; they were elasticky, not light and fluffy. Overall, it was a $300+ splurge that we probably should not have wasted our money on.

Our steaks were incredibly good. The sides were delicious. My wife loved the French onion soup. My wedge salad was a classic and predictably was very good. I’m looking forward to the next time I get an opportunity to eat at this establishment!
