I got the Porgie with the Mac cheese coleslaw,!! And a whiting fish sandwich
They give you these big pieces of fish but small amounts of sides wish they gave just another two tablespoons…but all and all the food was good the owner is very nice and his work team or very friendly!!!

I had the fried alligator with macaroni and cheese, and cole slaw. It was good, a bit spicy or hot, but I like it that way. I didn’t need any Texas Pete after all. I’d go back next time I’m in the area. Great selection of seafood, though they were out of my first pick, frog legs. Oh well, gator did the job.

We had a good experience. Just to be helpful the outside totally turned me off. Food was just right. I did not go inside because of the way it looked outside. My husband doesn’t care about things like that. I do. He says he’ll definitely be back.His new favorite fish place. Make outside appealing for us ladies. Just being helpful.❤️ Price was great!

Great customer service but the food was a miss! Greens were good but pot roast, Mac & cheese was just a huge no for me. I went in thinking it was 2016 & it was gonna be fire. I was very disappointed. Wasted 20$.

The fish was fried and seasoned to perfection! I am going back to get dinner for my kids! Lol! The greens were cooked tender but not extremely flavorful (I like my greens to be a bit more flavorful). If you like greens, you will truly appreciate the way these are cooked. The fries were standard, but deliciously seasoned! I do recommend! Portion sizes are average.
Update: I went back a few times. I did not like it as much as the first. I am not sure exactly what was different, but I feel as if it was the quality of the fish.

Don’t let the outside turn you away, that was the best alligator and shrimp I ever had. The people were very nice Christians, definitely coming back next time I come to Danville!
