The new girl that works the register is rude as hell I did not get my full order. She only gave me one butter for three things of crab legs, and dinner to feed three people and then missing my whole extra side of broccoli called up there four times and she hung up on me every single time She is not good for business and needs to be fired. Immediately the other girl that’s usually there I never have a problem with spent $60 and didn’t even get what I wanted. Refused to give me butter gave me one butter for a meal for three people. When I ordered over the phone asked for extra lemon pepper and lemon pepper on the side and she refused to give me a lemon pepper. I had no lemon pepper on my food at all.

I’ve eaten from here plenty of times and years ago. And I came intown and wanted to have some seafood. And let me tell you the disappointment is beyond words.They didn’t even take the time to take the legs off my shrimp and they completely ruined seafood for me. I can’t ever eat shrimp or crabs again. This place has such a lack of good costumer service, ordered a tray of seafood for $30 for dinner, after I got home I opened and only had veggies and shrimp when I also pay for crab legs ( must important part of the meal) and there’s was none, I called right after to ask for a refund or to figure out the situation and Mohammed ( rude btw ) told me he didn’t know what to do about it that they we’re close, also told me he checked the camera and that I was lying (as if I’m living about some crab legs like I can’t afford them) I asked him if he could refund me my money so I can get something else for dinner since they told me I can’t eat my food in order to get a refund I have to save the tray and take it tomorrow ( December 5th ) at 11 am so pretty much I didn’t eat dinner, neither did my son and they didn’t care to have a lil bit of empathy about the situation over all TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, LACK OF EMPATHY I believe that if you as a person are not good with people then you shouldn’t work in that field, and if you need the money then do your job right. At least have empathy for people smh
