Went in at 8:00 pm waited 10 mins to be seated….there was NOBODY in the restaurant except maybe 2 other parties, however they were eating. We finally get seated. Our waiter was excellent. However it took them 40 mins to bring out bag out. Once the boil bag was brought out the shrimp were over cooked, the potatoes were russet potatoes that they cut up, and the sauce was horrible. We explained to the server that we were not pleased with our experience, a manager I’m assuming came over shouting at us asking us what’s wrong. He told us that they use the same ingredients from king crab and juicy seafood. That was a lie.

This is definitely a favorite for me and my family! Although we have only done take out so far, everything has always been delicious. The crab legs are amazing, very respectful plus pleasant staff, and always clean!

The food was not fresh at all. Everything was definitely pre made. The owner or manager was a complete joke. when i told my server i did not want the shrimp basket any more, he then went to tell the manager. The manager came out to the table and argued with me about why or how the shrimp gets cold after you cook it and wait for everyone else’s food. I then said ok, i do not want it. He did not want to take it off of the bill until we went back and forth about it. Would NOT recommend the Irondequoit location AT ALL. Server was good at his job though.

I’ve dined in and done take out. Tried multiple different dishes both times all of it was great. The wait staff was great during my dine-in visit. The second visit was take out and the food was hot and fresh.

Took a very long time to get seated. Then we were ignored for 10 minutes. A man we thought was a manager or owner came asked if anyone had come over yet. When we responded no he said ok and worked away. Still no service for another 10 minutes. So we left and went to Red Lobster where we were seated and had drinks in less than 5 minutes. Seafood Harbor fail.

Just had a family takeout here. Lobster rolls, seafood boil (shrimp and clams) and an fried oyster basket. Excellent food! I have a place in Florida and this is just as good as 90% of the places there. Best I’ve had in WNY.

It is a new restaurant in Irondequoit. Dispiye small staff, service was excellent. The food was very good. It is a fun experience eating the bagged boil of lobster, shrimp, smow crab legs , corn and potatoes. Loved it. Messy, but you get bib and gloves.n☆ c v

So this is specifically for the one in Irondequoit. Had a night out with Co workers gave my co worker my order before I got there. Food was still not out when I got there 15 mins later, and took another 10 to come out. Ordered a water and NEVER got it. Was not a lot of people at all. Once the food came out it was good, not a fan of having to de-shell my own shrimp but still good.

Restaurant is obviously new in Irondequoit. But staff did it’s job and was friendly. Prices are the usual for seafood and the food is definitely worth it. Not sure how people claim the food isnt fresh when no seafood in rochester will ever be fresh as the ocean.(look at a map, ontario isnt an ocean) with that all said they could definitely upgrade the menu with some octopus or maybe conch maybe more fish.
