Seafood dining is still a buffet. Due to COVID-19, they bring the food out to you rather then you getting food from a food station. You can request extra food, crabs, shrimps etc to your liking. Service is excellent and prompt. Presentation is good. Course 1 and 2 are excellent. Course 3 leaves something to be desired. So don’t fret if you get too full before Course 3. Of note, Wagyu sirloin was too lean for my taste. I would have rather had a fattier cut. Fish and chips was uninspiring. It’s a good buffet. However, if you are not a buffet fan, the money can be used better elsewhere.

Great seafood selection, probably the most fresh oysters and crabs around greater Salt Lake City area 🙂 Wagyu and wild boar meat also exceptionally juicy and flavorful.

We are never disappointed with this restaurant! Thought it would be a very different experience because of Covid restrictions, but honestly loved it more. Bringing the food to your table was a much better experience! You cannot beat the 5-star service and the food is out of this world!! Will be returning any time we are skiing in Deer Valley/Park City!! Thank you

Sherry our waitress was amazing, the food was fantastic!!! And when I asked if I could get my Alaskan king crab served warm… they said yes and then asked me how much of it I would like to have them bring to the table for me… two big ol steel bowels later and I was ready for the “warm appetizers”… the staff and our waitress Sherry made it a great experience, very attentive, fun and thoughtful! AND they also catered to the gluten intolerant member at our table making her feel well taken care of and thought of! Very impressed! Loved slamming down the goodness as they kept it coming!

This is a must do experience. Most of us have never seen this selection of great seafood all in one place outside a Tokyo fish market. We hit the oysters hard and early and barely had any room for the amazing desserts. In between was also fabulous! Service was superb, especially with an allergy in our group. Thanks!

It is pricey at $68/person, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Unlimited crab legs (good ones) and other delicious food make it worthwhile. Don’t overlook the veggies either. The seafood was superb… but my favorite dish ended up being butternut squash. Who would have guessed?

I love seafood and this is absolute heaven every time I visit! I go every Valentines and then some. Never disappointed. I go several rounds on the crab legs and wish I had a larger belly when I’m stuffed as full as can be. The desert table has too many choices–not a bad thing 🙂

I went here on Valentine’s Day as an anti-Valentine’s Day move (buffets aren’t the most romantic places). First off, the service is wonderful. Everyone was so nice with the exception of one guy who was obviously judging me for getting so much food. The motto here seemed to be quality over quantity. They don’t have a ton to choose from but what they do have is great. The sushi could be skipped, but do try the tuna tartare. The Dungeness crab was the one thing I went back for over and over again. The sea bass was amazing; The sauce on it was so flavorful. The rest were good, but I didn’t go back for seconds. They have so much dessert to choose from, but nothing stood out for me on that end. I would recommend this place but make sure to have reservations.

Our first time (3 years ago) was good, our second time (a few days ago) was not good—I doubt we’ll return.
1. They bring out a set selection of dishes in each course, and unless you have an allergy, they bring every dish even if you tell them you won’t be eating some of them. A ton of shellfish + other meats and food were completely wasted on us and ended up being brought to our table and then thrown away at the end of the meal. Just seemed super wasteful, so we definitely preferred the buffet for that reason.
2. Our expectations for service are really, really reasonable—but the service here did not meet our expectations for a $200 meal.
-Our water glasses were empty pretty much the entire time
-A lot of time was spent just sitting there with empty plates/food pushed to the side waiting for our waiter to come by and ask if we were ready for our next course
-I asked if the “wagyu” was 100% wagyu or a wagyu/angus cross—this is a super, super basic question for a restaurant serving wagyu, and they pretty much brushed it off and said it was “probably 100%”— it didn’t taste like it.
-The few times that we asked for seconds of a certain dish, it either didn’t come out or the wrong one came out; mistakes happen though, not a big deal—it was just a compilation of things that made the service/experience not a $200 one.
3. Food was hit and miss. Some good, some great, some really disappointing, and a lot of it we didn’t eat.

Very good food, great atmosphere, and alot of fun to try all of the dishes. They have a great workaround system to account for COVID right now. I would put 5 stars, but our servers were a little slow and honestly it feels a little too pricey for what you are getting.
