A real hidden gem! The food was excellent and unexpected in a remote location! Tried the signature street tacos with extra cilantro. Highly recommended! Also, sampled the chicken quesadilla. Excellent, also. Started with the chips and queso. It had a terrific unique flavor too. There was live music at noon on a Saturday. Limited to outdoor seating in a garden. Spectacular atmosphere.

Cool Lil set up. Like how he got his food truck in the middle of the garden. Service was ok. He wasn’t busy so we got to order with no problem. Good was very bland. Looked very good and looked like it had a lot of flavor but when you eat it out had no taste. Had got chicken street tacos. You don’t even get no sauce to try to help it either. Won’t get them again. Very disappointed

I got the quesadilla chicken combo which was delightful, and came with more than enough food! My boyfriend got the 2 street taco combo with marinated steak and he was not displeased either. The shop beside it sells various plants, some I haven’t seen anywhere els, and provides a charming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend a stop!

I had high hopes for Seabolt Street Tacos, but unfortunately the flavors fell short. The tacos were underwhelming, lacking the seasoning and punch I was expecting, which left them tasting a flat. The corn taco shells were very greasy and fell apart and food products like queso and beans seemed canned. Service was also on the slower side, which made the wait feel longer than it should have. On the positive side, the ambience was lovely–casual, inviting, and with a nice outdoor shaded atmosphere that made the space feel welcoming. With a little more attention to flavor and speed, this spot could really shine.

I feel like this place may be overlooked because of the location, it’s kinda hidden, but the location is just to die for!!! It is an awesome setup! It’s an airstream camper beside the cutest shop. The tacos were so, so good!! The hours are only lunch hours, but worth checking out for sure!

Enjoyable atmosphere and very delicious, fresh tasting food. We ordered taco combos (grilled chicken and marinated steak both with onions and peppers), chicken/cheese quesadilla, salsa and chips and the corn salsa, and passion fruit Jarritos. Large portions, expect leftovers. We would definitely eat there again and recommend Seabolt’s if you like fresh food. We had just finished a hike to DeSoto Falls and this hit the spot. Lovely atmosphere outdoors in a plant nursery…gorgeous!

I really like the atmosphere, and it’s tucked away in a nice cozy place with lots of benches and tables. However, the food is not great. For someone who is used to tacos, I am not impressed at all. The meat is flavorless, and the queso is grainy. I guess if you’re from the small town it would be nice but if you’re used to authentic tacos then I would NOT Recommend this place.

I always pass by and mean to try it, but when I finally stopped last Saturday I was super impressed! Such an awesome little setup and good customer service. I tried the chicken tacos and the street corn – both were different than I’ve ever had and both were amazing! Definitely worth a try and just wish they had more hours so I could grab some early dinner sometimes.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed eating here. Seabolt’s itself is a food-truck establishment happening through one of those all-metal Airstreams that everybody loves. So that’s cool. It’s situated next to a plant nursery, which really amplifies the whole experience because you have that ambience of plant life around you. The outdoor seating felt familiar to me, with black mesh metal tables and chairs on pea gravel hardscape and, above us, outdoor lights and shade tarps strung in concert from tree limbs and the roof edge of this beautiful old brick garage that’s also on site. The ambience is a sort of rustic Americana because there are also vintage gas pumps and metal signs—like you’d see in that show American Pickers.

The food gets an A+ for taste, quality, and price. You can pick between regular flour and cornflower tortillas for your tacos. I got the cornflower and chose one chicken and one shredded beef for my meats. The meats were seasoned nicely and the taco was completed with some really fresh grilled veggies and salsa on the side. My girlfriend got a quesadilla which I got to taste and also found delicious. Both of us got the chips and queso as our choice of side with the combo. The queso was delicious! I usually avoid queso because it’s so often made way too salty, but I chose it as it was recommended by the vendor. I’m glad I did because this queso was perfectly balanced—it also makes a great dip for the quesadilla wedges.

Would definitely visit again. 100% recommended.

I had the two taco combo (chicken and steak) with street corn in bowl. It was delicious and sitting in the garden is magical! Love this place
