Firstly: you have to check-in and drop trailer for pickup at this address: 2001 Yucca Blvd, Guymon, OK 73942. Need trailer washout. Slide tandems to the back. Precool: 22 degrees. No onsite bobtail parking here despite the fact that it’s a big dirt yard with plenty of space and no fence. Shipping Office at the other side of the building. Restroom inside it. Wait when they call you and tell that trailer is loaded (took 9 hours). Drive to the Shipping Office and pay lumper (31,50$) before take the documents. Secondly: drive to this address: 2700 CACTUS DR, GUYMON, OK 73942 (after railroad move straight, not right), show docs to the guards and take back your trailer. Then move out, show docs again to the security. After that you are good to go.

If I would give zero star I would . I don’t know how to start . Those people in dispatch office just they are all don’t care about you . It’s like they re having hard time . 2nd thing is they force you to wash your trailer and pay for it even if it’s clean . 3rd thing is they take forever to make your load ready . When u go their office , they re welcoming you with manner like they don’t care .
After long time wait , they want you to pay with check . Efs or comdata . Don’t be surprised you have to go and find it . Somebody has to teach them we are not in 18th century there is relay app which u can pay easier but no . You have to give some hard time to driver .
And after long wait they make you overweight .
If you accept load from here please cancel it and pray the god for peace .!

Lady in the office was nice at first. Supposed to drop trailer and pickup was told by then and our company trailer was loaded and ready to go. LIE. Said wasn’t ready. Made us bobtail to the loves truck stop. U can fight the wash out. The guy who owned the place and told me I had to come and get it washed out and i told him no im not. He said they will make u. I took pics of inside my trailer and took them in to her. Told her it was clean showed pics. She said OK. I am 100 percent sure they r in cahoots . Anyway had to drive 19 miles down the rd to loves and sit and wait for a phone. For a so called already loaded trailer. Crazy. She was rude when she called me to tell us we couldn’t sit on the property. Spoke perfect English in the office. Couldn’t hardly understand her on the phone. Hope to never go back

Took 2 days to get loaded. Still a hassle and you cannot get a status check on load. What a nightmare. I avoided this place for 4 years, came back hoping it would have changed. Only change is for the worse, now you have to wash your trailer and pay lumper $31.50

1. There are 3 addresses for Seaboard
2. DO NOT LISTEN TO BROKER or DISPATCH if they say its off 28th St**It absolutely is not!
3. They have trailer washout out onsite @ the empty drop yard. Seaboard employee does the washout-$45 money order, comcheck, etc for washout billed upfront or charged to your carrier.
I have attached photo’s with the 3 addresses.
2001 Yucca Blvd by the water tank is the MT Drop yard where they do washout & the driver check in.
All these things happened b/c this was the information my dispatcher provided.
I arrived a day early*dispatcher posted p/u 12:01-23:59 he said. I arrive 1600 & shipper says nope, tomorrow 1600…SMH
No ONSITE Parking
Nearest Love’s with Shower is in Hooker, OK. I think there is a Hutch & Allsup near Guymon & there is a Walmart.

Poor excuse of an establishment. I pick up loads here a couple to few times a week and they’re hardly ever ready on time. Most of the time I’m late for delivery or I have to reschedule my delivery appointments or just abandon the load entirely and move onto another because they will make you wait days. They don’t care and this will continue to happen. Sorry excuse for management and all the way down to security. If they don’t see you often like they do me, they’ll treat you like scum and I see it on a daily basis.

Warehouse Safety Warning
I left my trailer at this warehouse, and it came back with significant new scratches due to their complete lack of lighting. This warehouse is extremely unsafe. To make matters worse, the safety manager not only dismissed the damage as pre-existing, but also used completely unacceptable and unprofessional language. This behavior is entirely inappropriate for someone in a professional role.
Recommendation: Document your trailer’s condition meticulously before and after entering this warehouse. I strongly advise avoiding this location until they address these serious safety and professionalism issues.

First of all I dropped the trailer here for pickup which got loaded after 20 hours and at the time I went for pickup I going back to my truck suddenly a company employee lady come in the car in front of me honking me and started yelling at me to leave the place as I don’t suppose to stand here ( there was no such sign or label of no standing ) then she went in office and send another employee which and started yelling at me and saying same thing that you have to leave the place or otherwise there will he problems. Just to update I was picking load from this location and all this happens outside the office where we check in or get the paperwork , so definitely person will be walking around there. Zero customer service don’t come to this location as long long long wait time for load pick and at last no respect for the drivers.
