If you want sea views with fresh seafood, book a table at Seabirds.
The setting stands out. A calm, open layout.
Comfortable seating with space between tables.
The menu focuses on seafood. Good range of fish and shellfish. A few options for non-fish eaters.
The welcome felt warm and well handled.
Staff were friendly throughout.
Table service slowed at points, which broke the flow of the meal.
It looks impressive in the evening light.
In daylight, the view would be even better.

Came here for a birthday celebration and had a really lovely time. The restaurant ambience is fantastic, with a great atmosphere and a beautiful distant view of The Shard. The seafood ocean platter was good and very fresh, though the portion was on the smaller side for two, so we happily added a full dozen oysters. Service was friendly overall, though it could be a bit more prompt at times. All in all, a great spot for a special occasion, especially if you love seafood and a great view.

I’ve been to Seabird three times, and overall it’s a very nice spot, especially in the summer. The terrace is a huge plus and definitely the highlight of the restaurant. I highly recommend going during warmer months to really enjoy the outdoor space. It’s a unique and stylish location.
The food is good, not outstanding, but still very enjoyable. The main issue, however, is the service. Unfortunately, all three times I visited, the service was quite slow.
That said, I would still say it’s a great place to go with friends for drinks or for a summer brunch. The atmosphere and terrace really make it worth it.

My boyfriend took me to Seabird for dinner and it was amazing. We will definitely be back as we decided it might be one of our top 3 fave restaurants in London. The vibes and the food were great. The service was also really great, all of the staff were really friendly and helpful with recommendations. I would recommend going during the spring/summer when you can sit outside as the view and sunsets are lovely.

Loved all the food and loved the views of London. Had the octopus roll, the prawn croquets and the lobster risotto. All fabulous and could have ordered most of the rest of the menu. Will have to go back especially in summer time take advantage of the balcony.
Tip only get in the seabird lift if you are not staying in the Hoxton hotel.

We went for evening drinks at the rooftop bar of the Hoxton Hotel, and it was such a lovely experience. Make sure you get into the right elevator that takes you directly to the rooftop otherwise you get stuck on room levels.
You get a partial view of the river and, if your eyesight’s good, even a glimpse of the Shard in the distance. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, with heaters you can actually turn around yourself, important on a chilly evening.
We only had drinks, as the menu was limited, but the service was friendly and attentive.
I must say, the toilettes are elegant. Whoever designed them clearly understands the magic of good lighting and lovely details. Definitely worth a visit, even just for a cocktail with a view.

I came to Seabird with my two friends for one of their birthdays and we had the BEST time! The view of the shard from our table was gorgeous, the cocktails were delicious, the food was exceptional (the lobster was to die for), and our waiter, Oliver, was attentive, kind, and cheerful. Thank you Seabird and Oliver for a wonderful evening!

Great atmosphere with a warm and welcoming vibe. The service was amazing, attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely well looked after throughout the meal. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with great attention to quality and flavour. Overall, a fantastic dining experience and definitely a place I’d happily return to and recommend.
