Nice vibe inside with light colored wood and concrete floors. The drinks are yummy, and the people are nice.

The chai is pretty good… super heavy on cinnamon.

Laird Hamilton drinks are cool.

I’ve been to this establishment over a dozen times. The idea of a craft coffee is what keeps me coming back. I even bought apparel at one point as the branding is nice.

Let’s start with the coffee. It’s good. That’s it. Because the general coffee doesn’t have a quality that is far superior to say, Starbucks, I can’t really justify the price tag of an every day coffee. The prices are steep. Specialty coffee and lattes are what make Seabird really shine. It’s hard to find a novelty similar which in my opinion makes it worth the trip.

I haven’t really explored the pastries as often but will note, the quality was fair. The croissants are expensive as well with a price tag of around a whopping 5 dollars. The flavor was buttery and exceptional. It has a thin crispy shine on the exterior with a light, airy interior of flakey goodness. My only qualm with these baked treats is they were not heated and the chocolate and almond filling on each were a mere skimpy pebble concentrated in the pastries’ core. If you are looking for a pastries you can easily get one at French Memories that is of superior quality and flavor for half the price. I will say they were delicious and adequate to satisfy a light appetite.

With all that being said, I enjoy going back time after time for an good specialty drink and further enjoy feeling like King Henry the eighth walking out with a 8 dollar latte (plus tip).

This place has a great atmosphere, courteous staff and is a feel good experience. For these reasons, Solid three star allotment. Would recommend.

So happy to find Seabird! Definitely the best latte I’ve had in the area! Scones and croissants were lovely and fresh, baristas are friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is nice and peaceful in a cute neighborhood shopping center. Will definitely be back!

I stopped en route to a meeting and had a lovely Maui Mocha iced coffee. It was heaven. The flavors were great. I wish I wrote down the type of chocolate used. It had a lovely flavor. The cashier was wonderful, super friendly. The barista. not so much. But, he made a fab drink so who cares. The pastries are typical Pain D’Avignon so a hard pass. I prefer locally made vs the commercial treats found everywhere. The AC is way too cold so I sat outside. Inside is a curated space with swag, art and trendy seating. It’s not a cozy place I’d work but bright and pretty to suit the vibe of Dux.

Stale experience. I’m a first-timer who loves a great cup of coffee. My moment of truth (first impression) was before my wife and I stepped into the cafe:
– the outdoor trash bin was cascading with garbage. I brought it up to who might have been the owner who just said “yeh, I know”.
I asked for a $ refill coffee, and passed him my 16 oz travel mug. He said to me: “..:you here fore seconds? where’s your (paper) cup? – Long-short: the “I really don’t care about welcoming new guests into my home” arrogance speaks for itself. To wit: the coffee – like the owner/manager was bitter and cold.

Duxbury is not really my scene I guess. They were busy when I went in and I just felt kinda rushed and like they were maybe stressed. I feel for those high volume cafes it’s got to be tough serving the masses. That all being said it was just a so so stop for me my pasty and coffee were kind underwhelming and I had back tracked from the beach to go their after reading good reviews and waiting a long time and being flipped off by some big money tesla guy rushing to leave their very busy parking area.
