Social Profile:

Thai cuisine is the national cuisine of Thailand. Blending elements of several Southeast Asian traditions, Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components. The spiciness of Thai cuisine is well known. As with other Asian cuisines, balance, detail and variety are of great significance to Thai chefs. Thai food is known for its balance of three to four fundamental taste senses in each dish or the overall meal: sour, sweet, salty, and bitter.

Family-friendly strip-mall spot offering Southeast Asian dishes in a basic setting.

BEST THAI IN ORLANDO! Don’t let the fact that this is located in a strip mall fool you; I’ve tried many other Thai restaurants in Orlando but this is by far my favorite one. The service is excellent, they managed to make the space inside feel cozy and the food is absurdly delicious. From the appetizers to the noodle dishes, every plate has the right balance of spice and flavors. The papaya salad and the Thai basil noodles are my go-tos but I haven’t had a dish here that disappointed me.

This place is an unsuspecting little gem. Seems like a family owned place. Nice ambiance and decor inside. Friendly staff and great food. We ordered summer rolls as an appetizer and they were awesome! Then for our entrees, we ordered shrimp and broccoli and tiger tear steak. Then of course topped it off with some thai donuts!

They have some unique dishes not typically seen in the average Thai restaurant, but some of their classics were a bit off the mark. Our favorites were the Khao Soi, Smokey Pot, and green papaya salad. However, the Thai Coconut Milk Soup was too sour, tulip dumplings a bit of a disappointment, pad see eu and basil fried rice were just ok. They do give you the spice level you ask for, so take note. Prices are very reasonable. Service was friendly. I’d come back to give their curries a try.

Good customer service. They took care of us as soon as we walked in. There was no wait. They did not take long to bring the food either. The food tasted fresh and delicious!!! They also have reasonable prices.

Food is pretty good but the server is very rude and impatient (even when the place is empty). The restroom is always gross and all members of the kitchen staff use the women’s restroom for some reason. Not really a problem unless they leave the toilet seat up and get urine everywhere (but they do). I stopped going for a while and went again after a few years and it hasn’t gotten better.

Had an order of summer rolls in my takeout. I was halfway through the order when I realized the shrimps were undercooked and gray/translucent-ish in the middle. I called and they were kind enough to refund me for this item, but it felt like they were quick to shrug me off and didn’t really apologize to me or anything. Tried to offer me store credit at first for the next time I come, but there probably wouldn’t be a next time. Hopefully, I don’t get food poisoning.

Located in a strip mall with Eyeglass World. Fast and friendly service. Had the Thai Salad with a delectable peanut sauce! Entree was a very flavorful Shrimp Red Curry with brown rice. I appreciated how much Thai Basil was in the dish, as well as how crisp the vegetables were. An absolute delight.

I came here with my friend and can see why it won best Thai restaurant in Orlando. I had the Thai tea, Pad Thai, and coconut ice cream with sticky rice. Overall phenomenal from start to finish. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone in Orlando!

I had high hopes for this restaurant. As a newcomer to the city, I found it by searching “best Thai restaurants in Orlando” and saw it has won several local awards. But my experience was below par. My appetizer was akin to crab rangoon (don’t remember exact name); it was not cooked through and was cold in the middle. My entree (pictured) was just ok — but I will say there was a good amount of protein in the dish. There were also ants crawling on the wall.
