I love Sea Island and rarely give negative reviews but I’m seeing a pattern at this location. It was a beautiful day and it’s always freezing inside the restaurant so we sat on the patio. The service is basically nonexistent if you sit on the patio. It is generally filthy unattended. I asked servers to pick up the trash off the tables and the ground and essentially was ignored. We scooted the trash over ourselves and dine at a dirty table because my mother was too cold to dine inside. Other outside diners commented on how dirty the patio was. It was frustrating going inside and seeing several servers and workers standing around talking after being told that the patio needed attention. Also for some reason they have a hard time finding diners on the patio so they buzz you to go up to the counter to get your food while diners inside get their food brought to them. My mom had the fried catfish and it was great as always I had a chicken salad and it was terrible – wilted brown lettuce with barely any salad greens. I Will likely not be returning to this location.

Omg this was the best dine-in experiences my husband and I’ve had in a very long time!!! The food was absolutely perfect, both in flavor and in the way it was prepared. Not one thing was a disappointment. We were so impressed we didn’t even bother to take pictures of anything because we were too busy enjoying our food and the quieter atmosphere where we sat. Way better than the other seafood place down the highway

Wow! Big kudos going out to manager in the red shirt named KIRK!!! He was super helpful and kind. Unfortunately, no drink carriers available today but he went out of his way to provide me with a box and bag so drinks don’t spill on the way back to work. Very generous and made sure to improvise, that’s customer satisfaction!! Thank you Kirk!

We were part of a large party and wanted to take a moment to share our wonderful experience at Sea Island. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was incredibly fresh and well prepared, and the level of customer service matched the quality of the meal.
The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure that our group was well taken care of throughout our visit. We would especially like to give a special shout-out to the manager, Alex, as well as Lorraine, who both made an extra effort to ensure our dining experience was seamless, enjoyable, and memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism did not go unnoticed.
Additionally, the restrooms were spotless, which is always a great indicator of a well-managed establishment. Overall, we were extremely impressed and will definitely return to this specific location again for the exceptional service and consistently fresh food.

We walked in and had a party of 14. It was a Thursday night, and we had no problems finding tables to sit together. The runner that brought out food did a great job taking care of us. The restaurant had plenty of room for us and other customers. Our plates of food were excellent and we were all happy with our choices.

We stopped by the Sea Island Ingram location and picked up to bring home, the delicious Lemon Pepper Fish for me and my dad ordered his favorite, the Cajun Seafood Boil. I forgot to take a picture of my plate before I devoured half of it. But my dad’s boil was also delicious.

We were excited to come and try this place out. Unfortunately we left disappointed. 1st, the person outside directing traffic was very friendly and kind. All the staff inside were also friendly and courteous. The prices themselves were also good.
I ordered the seafood platter. The southern greenbeans were my favorite out of the entire platter. The fish Unfortunately was hard and dry. Felt really overcooked. I was really disappointed in it. Hopefully, this was just a one-off, but I don’t think I’ll be returning back anytime soon.

Me, my dad and my sister went to this location and the service was terrible! We usually get good food and experience, but this time here it was bad.
One, we waited 30 minutes for our food, and it came out cold. Two, the fries were underfried, raw and some were soggy, despite my dad saying that he wanted them fresh. Three, the hushpuppies were also underfried. Four, the extended wait to get fresh food made the experience worse. Five, there was not enough seasoning on the grilled shrimp, and they looked undercooked. Because of this, I will not return to this location in a while or even never. The only positive aspect was our waiter, who shows that he cares about quality, which explains the two stars. This was probably one of the worst experiences that me and my family have had with at our history with Sea Island.
