We’ve dined several times since Scuola opened and food and service are consistently good. Staff are friendly and efficient. The Greek burger is delicious, the pizzas are excellent. We ordered the gyro wrap and gyro platter today. The platter is the gyro meat, quartered pita bread, mozzarella slices on a bed of lettuce and a side. The portion was huge. The wrap was the average size and the fries were beyond ample. I appreciate a separate door for takeout so we aren’t disrupting the dine in crowd with takeout chatter and a door opening and closing all the time.

Let me start with the atmosphere the restaurant was nicely decorated and fit the theme of Scuola. Everything was clean except for some fries on the floor and the chairs where uncomfortable. The service was great everything was timely and everyone was kind and polite and there was service with a smile. In terms of food we got a 16 inch Margarita pizza and complimentary bread and butter which was a fun surprise. The bread was very soft and crispy. The crust on the pizza was amazing and the saucy was tangy and had a nice spice to it as well. You could also really taste the basil in the pizza. For my liking the salt quantity was a bit low but that’s more personal preference. Due to its location in town it wouldn’t be on my list of must eat pizza but I would never say no to going to eat there is anyone wanted to go but saying that I do think everyone should try it once.

Let me start off by saying another Hidden Gem here in Gainesville! It’s hard for me to give my first time a 5 ⭐️ but this place definitely deserved it. The atmosphere here was very clean, relaxed, and comfortable. All the workers there were very friendly and spoke to all tables.

We had one of the specialty pies (half Papa T and half Bacon Bianca) and a kids cheese pizza. Both were delicious. Crispy crust, not heavy, with fresh toppings. The server was very attentive and polite. We will definitely be back.

The atmosphere was relaxing, food and service was great. This is hidden gem in Gainesville. I had a slice of vegetarian/ cheese pizza with a chef salad the ingredients were fresh. This was my first time here, but I know I’ll be coming back.

The food here is exquisite! I had the gyro salad for lunch and the gyro meat was plentiful and so mouth-watering. The salad was huge! My mother had tortellini that was out of this world. Our server was so kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was quaint and charming. Definitely a 5 star place!

A fellow coworker was telling me about how great the pizza is. So because I’m fat and I love pizza I had to give it a try. Man, he wasn’t kidding. It was pretty damn good. Some of the best pizza I’ve had in Gville for sure and much closer to my house than the others. I’ll certainly be going back.

A hidden jewel! Very unassuming appearance from the outside but once you step in everything changes. Nice decorations and an upscale feel. The menu is vast. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Would recommend and will return.
