Hate to leave bad reviews, but wow. Probably the driest set of brisket and ribs I’ve had in my life. The stuff tasted like it’s sat out in a warmer since yesterday. Had to douse half of the plate in BBQ sauce so that it didn’t crumble to dust in my mouth. Barely any meat on the shriveled ribs. Green beans straight from a can with zero seasoning. The rest was thrown out. Felt robbed. Wont be back.

The brisket looks like it was boiled. It’s so tough it doesn’t bend when you grab it by the edge. The full rack of ribs is 8 inches long and 3 inches wide, totally shriveled and gamey. Collard greens had zero flavor. Complete rip off. Stood at the take out podium a long time while the server pretended i wasn’t there and didn’t respond.

Good service but the food was pretty bland. The ribs tasted like oven ribs and the pulled pork didn’t have much flavor either. The sauces were good and the sweet tea was good. Overall, the food is ok for the price.

I recently was in a jam and had to cater BBQ for a party kind of last minute. I called Scruby’s catering line and had the pleasure of speaking with Michelle! Wow excellent customer service. She helped me come up with the best menu based on their catering list. Scrubys food was amazing, everyone enjoyed it. I had to call her back a few times and she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Michelle and Scruby’s saved the day. I will definately be back!

Soo have not been here in 7 years. I don’t think I liked my experience or food last time but def happy I came back. Great priced lunch specials. Food was awesome. Delicious. Service was great. Came out quick. Staff was very friendly and nice. Will def come back 100%. If you are looking for a good BBQ spot then give Scrubys a try. Overall very satisfied with my experience. Hit the spot ya know! They even gave me a sweet tea to go!

My First time at this restaurant went on a Groupon that we received for Xmas Cool spot we got seated quickly, seating is in booths, our waitress Keisha was the best at providing us with Excellent Customer Service She was on The spot. And this is what I expect in any business that I enter with the intentions of spending my money in, The food was so Good Started off with side Salads then I ordered the fried Catfish & Loaded baked potato with baked bean’s which were to die for and I tell you everything was delicious the potato could have been hotter, but besides that I was totally impressed & Satisfied with my meal. My lady had the Prime Rib & Loaded baked potato & Broccoli, the steak was done to perfection, Broccoli still had a snap to them not soggy nor soft, Prices are very reasonable Food Excellent, Service Excellent I Will Definitely Recommend And Definitely will Revisit.
