We went for lunch during restaurant week. The food was fantastic and the service was good, but very slow. Doesn’t seem like they staffed appropriately for the volume of customers they were going to get.

I love trying new places. And, I saw this place had a Black and Blue burger. Now, I was a little concerned it may be typical bar food. But, worry not. The burger was juicy and tasty. And oh the garlic fries. So good. I’ll be back.

Overall great the Huckleberry mule was exactly as i expected! Same with the mozzarella triangles. The service could have been better though seemed short staffed in the front end.

Cheryl s. Was our server most importantly i really recommend her she was very pleasant to be around as well as being very attentive to our whole table of 7 people, always asked if we were good and of we needed anything. Because of her i will be going back, but not just that the food that i ordered was amazing! The steak bites are juicy with lots of flavor the fries remind me of McDonald’s in the way they were cooked but much more delicious, i personally ordered the chicken popper sandwich with a side of tots and honey mustard. Very well put together tons of flavor within the dish topped with some sweet jelly , it put a unique spin on it i ended up using a fork and knife because it is very messy, overall was satisfied! If your a fan of dark beer they do have cold smoke on tap, its brewed in Montana, it is a bourbon barrel aged stout at a whopping 6.5% alcohol i highly recommend one of my all time favorite beers!

Excellent breakfast experience at Screaming Yak. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food feels truly authentic, traditional flavors done right. Great omelet, crispy potatoes, and perfectly toasted bread. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a genuine breakfast spot.

They have good jalapeno poppers and good burgers and brew. The jalapeno poppers were tasty. I can’t recall what burger I had it tasted like a gourmet burger really enjoyed it.

If you’re a fan of sweet breakfasts this is the place for you. Their savory leaves a lot to be expected and I was underwhelmed overall by the main course.

We were here for restraunt week, thankfully the server let us know the wait and we chose to stick it out. But the kitchen was having a hard time getting food out due to the volume of customers. And it took over an hour to get our food even when told the wait was about 45-60 min. Thankfully all of the food was served hot despite the wait.

The huckleberry pancakes, brown sugar bacon, and biscuits and gravy were excellent! Best part of the meal today, all of them were deliciously prepared. The pancakes and bacon had the sugary bite we were craving. The biscuits and gravy had an excellent body and spice to it, I had hoped it would set the tone for the rest of the savory foods as well.

Of the main courses, the eggs Benedict left most of the heavy lifting to the eggs themselves. Where the holindaze sauce should have been the star complement to the eggs and ham, it was merely a guest.

The Hot Honey Chicken and Waffles was my choice item for today. It has been a while since I experienced such blandness from a fried chicken. It had hot heat and was beautifully fried, but the chicken, dredge, and batter all lacked most seasoning. A strong taste of flour, a mild taste of black pepper, and virtually no salt was the flavor profile for the chicken. Thankfully there was heat but it was hot without a lot else to it. The waffle itself was sweet, seasoned, and delicious. Had it’s complement been as robust it would’ve been the highlight of my day.

Overall the restraunt was busy, but rustic and was an enjoyable experience. Madi was an excellent server and handled everything perfectly during our brunch.

I look forward to coming back for more pancakes or waffles, but I’ll probably skip on the chicken.

Classic bar. Ordered the chips and queso which was flavorless and some stale chips in the mix. Would recommend the wings though. 5 for $12, good crisp and flavor. Wish the ranch was better for the price.
