We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavor and prepared. Every dish tasted fresh and beautifully presented. The service was just as impressive. Christina was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. She remember us from previous visit. She recommended delicious options. You can tell the staff really care about making sure guests have a great time. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!

Kitchen open until 11, that alone is 5 stars haha! We came in after work, at about 10:20 were greeted well by staff! We ordered the fettuccine, which the kitchen spit for us, thank you! And we had a coconut martini and the Scratch Spritz which were stellar! Only downside to our meal was the lava cake, had no lava loses a lot of points unfortunately. The bartender was great, she made amazing drinks and she spoke Spanish which was a big plus for me personally, in this area it makes helps make the larger community welcome. Service lost points just for some staff not knowing if the kitchen was open or not at 10:20 with an 11 pm kitchen close time.

Walked by and saw the atmosphere and knew I wanted to come back for Sunday brunch. Scratch did not disappoint! The restaurant is beautiful and elegant, super clean. The service is welcoming! The buffet is super fresh and food is delicious. Highly recommended. I would like to return in the evenings to experience the bar settings. The bar is laced with televisions and gorgeous countertops. Oh the prices are pretty reasonable for the amount of food that you get!

From the start, communication with the owner, Greg, was easy, fast, and extremely professional. He made the planning process smooth and stress-free, and was personally present throughout the event, overseeing every detail to ensure everything ran perfectly.
The space itself was beautiful, comfortable, and ideal for a family gathering. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully presented — and the drinks were equally impressive, offering something for everyone.

The bathrooms were impeccably clean and modern, and valet parking was available right at the door, making arrival and departure extremely convenient for all of our guests.

Food was amazing. Christina, our waitress, was so friendly and so helpful. We are from out of town and she gave us some ideas for things to do in the area and even got my wife a hair salon in the area since we are here for a wedding.
I got a Mule and my wife got the paloma and both drinks were delicious.
For dinner I got the ribs which were perfectly cooked and the fries were nice and crispy. My wife did the mixed grill entree and she loved it. If we are back in the area again this will definitely be a stop!

The space itself is very nice: modern, spacious, and inviting. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. Service was slow and basic despite the restaurant not being busy. Our group of four waited over an hour for mains, yet no one checked in, asked how the food was, or offered anything to acknowledge the delay. Instead, several staff members stood around watching the floor.
The food was mediocre at best. The pasta lacked flavor, the risotto was improperly cooked, and the vegetables on the burger were noticeably low quality. Nothing stood out as particularly enjoyable.
To make matters worse, the bill arrived with a 20% gratuity automatically added, which was never mentioned. When I asked for it to be removed, I was told “that’s what the manager did.” (It was removed and I gave 10%…generous). I then asked to speak with the manager—who never came (“he’s busy”…maybe cooking the mediocre at best food lol). I also shared some of this feedback with our waiter and received no apology or response.
This wasn’t a nightmare experience, just a deeply disappointing one. With the ambiance they’ve created, expectations are naturally higher—but service, food, and basic accountability all fell extremely short. We’re also confused about the 4.8 stars… makes no sense.
