AWESOME experience dinning here. Atmosphere is bright, new, and clean. Very pleasant. Our waitress was a sweetheart and who ever cooked the food around 11am on 12/3/25 was amazing. You can tell that they love what they do and put their heart into their cooking. 10/10 recommend.

This is another hidden gem. Not many great restaurants in Princeton. However, this lil breakfast gem was awesome. Fresh food, great flavor, served hot. Decent service, exceptional cashier. Absolutely love this lil place. I was a bit hesitant to try as the food in this community lacks flavor (new to area from Houston).But not Scramblers. Thank you for a good experience, and matched with exceptional food. From the crepes, french toast, pancakes, hash browns, eggs, sausage, chicken fried steak,bagels & loxs. Delicious. I will return, I recommend this 10x over.

So disappointed that this is the second time it happens to me. A year ago I came in and my crapes had egg shells in them and I didn’t complain just didn’t return. Today I came in and service was awesome great experience got full to fast so brought my food home to enjoy later. As I’m eating my crapes again egg shells all in my mouth!

I came here for breakfast and ordered a latte, but when it arrived, I noticed a visible lipstick stain on the cup. I couldn’t believe it, so I even took a video showing me wiping the stain off to make sure I wasn’t mistaken. When I called the waitress over and showed her the video, she just said she would change the cup. NO apology, no concern, nothing. It was clear she hadn’t paid attention when bringing the drink, which made the situation worse.
The food itself was just average. The pancakes, however, were very hard and didn’t taste good at all. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the cleanliness and the service. I expected much better care and professionalism.

First time eating at Scrambler. It is Valentine’s Day, and y’all are slammed! But you got us in right away. Win.
Wait staff? Amazing. To be so busy, everyone is smiling. Our waitress, Karen, was very informative with information on the menu and gave us her preferred choices and the top choices in general.
The environment was chill. Clean aesthetic.
The food….. If the Gods made breakfast, this is exactly what I envision it tasting like on the Breakfast Tacos with chorizo. WOW. I couldn’t even finished all 3 tacos and potatoes, definitely had leftovers.

I ordered kids cinnamon French toast which is $9 . I asked the lady I don’t want any bacon can I get extra egg she said yes, but I only got 2 eggs and that’s the size of the French toast. They just ripped you off.
