After a long time got back to the scoville hot chicken location here in Sandy Springs. This place has moved from across the other side of the highway and is now housed inside Mutation Brewery.
It might be a difficult to turn into the parking since it’s very close to a highway exits but once you are here m, there is ample parking. Here is the summary of my experience here:
1) ambiance 5/5: – Since this is inside the brewery.. So if you want in on a fun night, this is the place. If you don’t like loud music and youngsters – maybe not the best place to eat.. Order a takeaway from here.
2) Service 5/5 – The service was fast and really good. The person at the front desk was really coo. They service was prompt and nice
3) Food 3/5: This is my biggest problem and I love the ambiance but the food taste was not the best. Here is the review of the food I had. I really like the concept of adding your level of spice. We have the chicken combo meal:
a) Fried chicken (medium spice with crinkle cut fries and water): The fried chicken felt double fried as it was ultra crispy but a little brittle. The fries were bad with no seasoning. I like the comeback sauce though. It was like a zaxby sauce but a little sweeter.
b) Fried chicken (chill spice with tater tots and sweet tea): The tater tots were good everything else the same as above.
4) Value for money 3/5: This is not the cheapest place just the fired chicken sandwich is 10.49 and then the combo is for 14.95 which is not the cheapest because this is fast food. Also since they now share their location with a brewery, I was expecting the price to be lower but its still the same.
I am not sure if I would come back again because I think I can get better taste and value for money for a cheaper price else where

This chicken restaurant is like so many others where they’re no longer actually making the batter spicy. They’re just dusting it with seasoning and only making one batch of chicken. I got the hot version.
Overall, the quality of the chicken was good, it was juicy, but I was not impressed with the seasoning. They should have unique blends of batter that the chicken is dipped in, not just simply grabbing dry rub seasoning and dusting. It just doesn’t taste the same, poor quality. The tater tots were actually really good, crispy, probably the better part of the meal.
Bottom line I would not eat here again. I was hoping for better…

Long time listener, first time caller! For some time I’ve had my heart set on Scoville Hot. I’m picky, BUT I didn’t want to modify my lunch… too much. I was a little indifferent on the way you order, but it’s fine! Easy, and you get an idea of what your order entails when they list the ingredients. This location, in Sandy Springs, shares the same space with a brewery. My lunch order consisted of a hot chicken sandwich and Brussels sprouts. The chicken sandwich I ordered is on the hot level, but for 1.00 more it could be the hottest, which is Reaper. Scary. The Brussels sprouts are roasted with honey and BALSAMIC. YUM. After you order, watch some hard-working men play beer pong and sip a holiday cocktail (or beer) from the brewery!

I usually like this place, but today was not a good day for this restaurant. I ordered a chicken sandwich it came with a dab of coleslaw. It looks like they cook possibly ran out, and instead of making more, just sent the order out with what was left. I dont live near, so it was an inconvenience for me to drive back there to have them make it right. Every sandwich sent out should be to their standards.

Outstanding! They share space with Mutation Brewing, so can easily grab a brew to enjoy with your sammich. Really good chicken — so much better than any fast food place I won’t name. Flavorful, juicy, crispy, yum. The “chill” version is moderately hot. Great fries, too, and a great value for what you get.
