At first glance it’s just another bar. Dig into the food and drink offerings and it’s a different world.
I visited here for a late brunch, just me and my dogs. I had the Costanza Omelet, which includes eggs, pulled pork, pork belly, sausage, (you can’t have too many kinds of meat), cheese and tater tots. Not only did it taste good, the presentation and mouth feel were superb.
The sauce on the eggs reminds me of Kokkteilsósa, a sauce very popular in Iceland. If you sound out the word then yes, it’s “cocktail sauce”. At its most basic it’s a mix of ketchup and mayo (like making 1,000 Island Dressing), but in Iceland they have elevated it to an art form.
The only downside is that there is no table service outside, so if I bring my dogs, I have to leave them outside while I go in to order.
Looking over the menu, it would appear that further culinary adventures await.
And that bourbon list is calling my name.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and I’m very impressed with their newest bartender maybe 3 weeks fresh in at Scotty’s, Chris. He is personable and has a loyal group of regulars that are starting to trickle in and grow a soft spot for our beloved neighborhood pour. He is bringing in a lot of business, but I can’t say I’m surprised by this. He has a way of connecting with people that make their experience as such when someone actually connects with you and remembers the little things when they see you again. Nobody feels like a stranger. He’s adapting quickly and always busting his ass behind the bar to make it a great experience. The staff here is top notch

What can I say!!?? When you walk in you think ok another bar same bar food!? However what a hidden gem. The flavor combinations are incredible. Duck wings!! Sorry no photo but damn are they good!! Pizza photos, first date is the name. Incredible also. Then the Jerky bird burger and Disco fries. Holy hell what a place to eat at a bar!! You have to try this place at least once in our case more than once. Come to Scotty’s in League City!!!

I love this place. We go everytime we come this way to visit our friend. The food is great and I love the laid back atmosphere. The patio is definitely my favorite spot. Just feels like you’re hanging out at home. Today I tried the crab beignets and they are a DEFINITE MUST TRY! They are fried so dont expect an airy fluffy beignet when you order them…. but, you will not be disappointed!!! The prices are more than reasonable!

Came into the bar with several coworkers at around 1 on a Thursday night after our shift. There was several gentlemen at the bar enjoying their drinks and they recognized us from our job and said hello. We went to order a drink and the man behind the bar had a poor attitude for no reason and said he was closed. One of the women with us asked why because online it said until 2, at this point he started cussing at the women and calling them derogatory names even though a couple of them hadn’t even said a word. I got between them and informed him that he should never yell and cuss or belittle customers from a fellow industry / bartender / manager standpoint. He continued to be extremely rude with hand gestures and language as we were leaving. I rarely go to this location and I will be sure never to go back again and I will ensure that any of my bar patrons are well aware of how bartenders treat people there if they ask about other bars in the area. That bartender is a stain on the industry and he doesn’t deserve a job.

Polite ESA has been welcomed for over 3 years. She sits in my lap and no one even knows she’s there. I always ask people around me if they are OK with her , and it’s never been a problem, until now. All of a sudden, my ESA is not welcome and staff is rude. Me , and my friends spend a lot of money at this place. Lots of places are fine with a good, trained dog, so I’m at a loss as to what changed. Sad turn of events.

Went a few weeks ago. Sat down at the bar/table behind regular bar and waited for at least 10 minutes with not one person acknowledged I was there…. Walked up to bar tender asked for a menu. She handed me one and sat for another 15+ minutes with zero acknowledgment. Never even got a water. Sat a little longer and had no choice but to leave. So I walked out again unseen.
Felt like I was in a twilight zone or something.
I will say the bar tender seemed sweet and liked by those being served.

I can’t say enough great things about our experience with Emily, the bartender at Scotty’s Pub! From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcomed and genuinely taken care of. Her warm energy and professionalism stood out immediately, and it set the tone for the entire night.
Emily was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. She anticipated what we needed before we even asked—whether it was a drink refill, a menu recommendation, or just a friendly check-in.
