I recently visited Scotty P’s in McKinney, TX and had a fantastic dining experience. The menu offers a variety of mouthwatering options, and I had the pleasure of trying the Crisp P. Chicken sandwich, Irish Nacho Burger, and Mushroom Swiss with onion rings and fried pickles.
The Crisp P. Chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The flavors were well-balanced, and the sandwich was great.
The Irish Nacho Burger was a delightful surprise. The combination of flavors between the burger patty, melted cheese, and crispy fries was a burst of deliciousness. The burger was cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of seasoning. It was definitely a unique and tasty creation.
The Mushroom Swiss was a true comfort food delight. The juicy mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese complemented each other perfectly.

I absolutely love this place! The food melts in your mouth. It is so good! Prices can get steap but that’s everywhere nowadays!
I had their fried chicken sandwich and I added onion straws and red onion slices, cheddar and American cheese, and I got some of their own Scotty P’s ranch and it was delicious Wish I had taken a picture.

Excellent! We headed to Scotty P’s after a ball game. I was told how great it was and it didn’t disappoint! The fried mushrooms were the best I’ve ever had and the massive onion rings ! They were so well seasoned and delicious. I got the mushroom burger my husband the Preston trail burger. The burgers are fresh flame grilled and so amazing. Such friendly staff and when you get a drink you recieve a souvenir cup.to bring home. You will LOVE it !

Scotty P’s is the bomb! I ordered the Mushroom Burger to-go and it came to me exactly as I ordered it. The onion strings are phenomenal! It was near closing time and the staff were very nice and the restaurant was extremely clean! Definitely going back.

Place has dropped the ball one too many times. Thought I reviewed earlier with 5 stars to remove, but see I never did.
They’ve shrunk their burgers, unseasoned and just underwhelming. They plaster the plate with fries to hide the dinky burger.
Go to Kenny’s as they still are serving a proper burger.

Fun place to try. The burger tasted fresh and the hatch chilies were great. The onion rings were very crispy. The chocolate cake had a rich flavor but was not too sweet. Worth a try for sure.
