Stopped in while we were in town yesterday. My girl and I had the 2 pizza slice lunch special. Her… 2 plain slice combo – Me…Gourmet Pep-Sausage and 1 White veggie slice…. First, its affordable…Secondly the service was absolutely top notch. Thirdly, the slices texture, taste, and cheese appeal and toppings was incredible. Not to mention the slices are huge. Lastly, extremely clean restaurant….Left truly satisfied, with this whole experience. Looking forward to our next visit!!!

Does not even deserve a one star at this point. Have grown up in Berlin my entire life, my parents have been coming here since children. My grandfather would sit there with owner back in the day when it was at Kmart parking lot. This place has went down hill. Seems to be ran by new people. Every time we order weekly they forget something. I always spend over one hundred dollars. They always realize they mess up and fix the solution which is fine. And every time I call they know they forgot something or did something incorrectly. They have always admitted it because I don’t call for no reason. I would not call to complain for no reason or do I want to. I get places are busy and we always have a big order. Well tonight is my time to part with this place. Their manager comes on and I tell her how the broccoli was missing from my dinner. An easy fix. Instead it’s our fault. Then she goes on to tell us how every time we call every week the girls say there is a problem. Well I guess they can’t handle a big order because the problem is always typically something they forget. How is that my fault? I have ordered from this restaurant for years and I rarely have ever had an issue. It’s only lately. But yeah some how this is my fault. No it’s clearly the workers there currently. Terrible customer service and they clearly can’t get an order correct anymore. Who tells a customer they are wrong and the problem! That’s how I was treated for being a customer for almost my entire life, and generations of my family. Disgusting! Sad to part ways but I will not buy from a restaurant I spend good money on every week to be treated like we are the problem. There are so many good places now and options. They will lose more if they continue to treat people this way.

Everytime I fly into Philly fron NC, I take a trip to NJ to visit this place. I have been coming here since the 70’s. Theeee best ” pizza turnovers” we called them panzarottis growing up. No one makes them.like Scotto’s 10 stars!!

Family tried to go out dinner at 8:35pm and was told that the dining room was closed when the closing time was 9:30pm. This business lost about 100.00 or more. Glad Roma Pizza in Berlin was open until 9:30pm and invited us in.

Their main courses are decent. The tenders hit almost every time but what i can’t stand is the low quality fry they serve as a side. The fries never have a lick of salt on them and that’s minimum. When you specifically ask for salt, pepper n ketchup they hardly ever do it. GET A BETTER FRY

Ordered a chicken cheese steak. It was the saddest I have ever had. There was barely any chicken (it was supposed to be 10oz but most of that must have been water) it was over cooked to the point of being extremely dry and they must have just waived a piece of american cheese over the grill. The fries on the other hand were fine.
