Social Profile:

We offer a focused menu of meticulously-crafted pizza, served as 10 and 18 round and 16 square pies, as well as pizza by-the-slice. Our naturally-leavened pizza dough is made from Pacific Northwest-grown wheat and slowly fermented before baking in a super hot electric deck oven. The resulting crust is crisp, light, and airy, with a delightful sourdough flavor. We use organic California-grown tomatoes and only the finest quality cheeses. Our fresh herbs, salad greens, and vegetables are grown organically and sourced locally whenever possible. Every pizza is handmade with love by passionate, skilled, and kind-hearted pizzaioli. We utilize a service charge business model in lieu of accepting tips. More info on our website.

They lie about the sauce being organic bianco sauce. They want to emulate baby doll pizza with lies, while secretly using cheap inorganic sauce. Use the bathroom and you will see they store the sauce on the floor near it. I’ll include photographs of the bianco sauce they decorate the whole place with (lies), and then the back stock photo of the real sauce they use secretly. Any employee there will admit it just ask.

It’s giving YUM. Scottie’s is one of those rare PDX places where the consistency is comforting and every slice..every pie…every visit ALWAYS hits exactly the way you hope it will. The crust, balance of sauce to cheese, the attention to detail… it simply never wavers

What really stands out though is the staff.

You can tell the people working there are genuinely happy to be there. There’s an ease and confidence behind the counter that only comes from a well-run place where people are treated right. No forced friendliness! just good vibes and pride in what they’re serving.

It’s the kind of spot where you trust the food without having to think about it andyou leave feeling good

Scottie’s has earned its reputation and then some thanks Scottie’s NW for your proper Portland pie!

Went here today(such a cute spot) for the first time because of a Reddit post. The guy working was so kind and attentive. The Caesar salad was really good and the #1 pizza was DELICIOUS. Thank you so much. We will be back!!!

Ticklingly delicious thin-crust pizza with flame-licked edges. We savored slices of the daily specials. Note-we were first served on a Friday at 11:35am. People steadily streamed in. Clearly a popular place!

Fantastic pizza! Best in Portland? No but could easily be a top 10. The white pie, garlic knots and the tomato pie are top notch…although I’m not a huge fan of the marinara sauce but the ranch is quite tasty!

Came in on a busy night, and the place was ther perfect spot to share a few slices and cannolis with a friend. Every slice was delectable, the cannolis were the perfect texture, and the RC Cola Fountain machine is such a unique find! Will definitely come visit and grab more slices when I find myself on 21st!

The pizza here is somewhat unique and enjoyable. I feel like it’s a little overpriced for a slice however. This place does not accept cash however and also is a non tipping establishment which may be reason for slightly higher prices as they pay livable wages rather than have employees rely upon tips.

All time pizza. The crust is incredible – from what I understand attributable to their par-bake method. You get a thin crispy outer layer but the dough inside is fluffy with a slight hint of sourdough. Make sure to get the #1!

Price isn’t cheap and the service charge is automatic but it’s worth it. You won’t find a better slice in the PNW.

Portland is a city with an abundance of great pizza these days. So much so that I think many places could equally fit into the category of “best pizza in town” depending on what you’re looking for.

Now with that being said, if someone who wasn’t from around here asked me to take them somewhere with good pizza, this would absolutely be my first recommendation. I just don’t know how you could possibly go wrong. Every time I come here the pizza is exceptional in a very neutral kind of way that would seem appealing to just about anyone’s palette. It’s really just exceptional craftsmanship. A true gem.
