While staying at the hotel, I decided to go have breakfast. When I arrived at the dining area, only one table was occupied, yet they made me wait a ridiculous 50 minutes for my meal. When it finally arrived, I was incredibly disappointed — after such a long wait, I wasn’t expecting a cold, pre-made dish. This was the worst omelet I’ve ever had. I even found a hair in it — and it definitely didn’t look like it came from someone’s head, if you know what I mean! Disgusting. The waitress was strange and rude, and after receiving a small tip (which was more than she deserved for that awful service), I heard her saying insulting things about me behind my back. Absolutely terrible experience.

Waitress was nice and did what she could but overall the delivery of food was disappointing. There were 2 tables when we arrived, 5 including us when we left. We chose to order from the menu instead of the buffet. We waited 40 minutes for the first round of food. My food and my son’s side dish weren’t finished. We saw them grab a plate and potatoes from the buffet and serve to us, even though we ordered from the menu.

The food was subpar. Pancakes were plain, biscuits dry and hard, eggs Benedict was overcooked, potatoes were rubbery and my dish tasted like it came from the buffet.

$80 later we walked out. Next time we’ll dine at a local small business, pay half the price and likely enjoy the experience.

I wish that I could give it 0 stars. The food and drinks were not good. Portions were insanely small, and the prices are quite high. The only good things were the crab cakes and their bread basket. Their drinks were absolutely terrible, overpriced and not prepared properly. Worst Negroni and Moscow mule I have ever tasted. Go literally anywhere else. Service was okay at best. Server seemed very put out by us being here.

Despite being clearly understaffed and overwhelmed, the bartenders here deftly handle our large crowd of conference goers. Kept the drinks and food flowing, and were friendly along the way. Made our stay enjoyable!

Valerie made the breakfast 5 stars. She was so nice and accommodating, can’t say enough nice things about her and the experience we had because of her. Breakfast buffet was good, nothing out of the ordinary. Valerie made the difference between 4 and 5 stars.

One of the worst dining experiences I have had – service was nonexistent, the garlic butter pasta dish I ordered was inedible – the pasta overcooked but mixed with so much dried fennel and seasoning that it was like chewing on wet hay, with a clear flavorless sauce that was most likely vegetable oil. The $36 filet my bf ordered was the flat ‘tail’ piece of the tenderloin rolled up into a ball, it was almost comical how awful the food was. Go anywhere else and even if you are staying at the hotel there are much better options nearby.

Simple but very good small breakfast buffet or you can order off of the menu. Service was beyond excellent.

Bad reviews are pretty old so you might want to give it a try.

It’s basic but good.

I travel about a dozen times a year. This is by far the worst “breakfast buffet I’ve had”. All 3 hot items were unetible and the service was close to non existent. Even if you get free breakfast vouchers, avoid this place.
