I have notice this chain popping up in a lot of States I have traveled thru and had a chance to stop at their drive thru last week. It is a great competitor for another coffee chain. They offer nice selection, but I forgot to see if they offered turkey instead of pork products. Try it out, let them know they are doing a great job and keep up the friendly customer service. So many places have forgotten that “Customer” comes before the customer service part. Without us there is no job for them.

I just left a review under Denise vH a couple days ago after a lovely experience with Jennifer. That was my second stop at Scooters and she remade a drink that was poorly made the first time I was there. I really liked the coffee she made me and have returned as she makes a great coffee.
However I’m leaving a new review under my business name as I went there today, Jennifer wasn’t there, at 11:39 on 1/2, only to have a horrible experience with the gal who made my coffee. When I asked the sweet young lady at the register what the name of the woman who made my coffee was after a horrible interaction with her, I could hear said lady yelling to cashier not to give me her name. I said that’s ok because she’s pretty unforgettable with short, curly, multi-colored hair.
I will say exactly what I told the woman who made my coffee: I’m not stupid. I’m 57 years old and know perfectly well when an employee has an attitude toward me and it’s not a nice one. I left wanting to cry. I’m sure that employee has a different take and feels justified to have said what she said to me, argue with me and refuse to make things right, but I will now never forget how she made me feel. I don’t want to have to call ahead to see if Jennifer is there before I order a coffee to know I will be treated kindly and get a consistently well made coffee.

Jennifer is great reason to get Scooter’s. She makes a perfect drink. Some people are just rays of sunshine.
I’m very picky, down to proportions and color. I can almost always tell when my coffee drinks are well made just by looking at them. Great offerings and great taste.

I go buy scooters a lot and get coffee a lot. Every time I go I ask them what their recommendations are. And I usually go with their recommendation, I haven’t had anything theirs that I haven’t liked. The girls are always sweet and kind and very upbeat not to mention their managers is as cute as can be but I give them five stars on everything , because everything i’ve had , there has been perfect and delicious.Keep it up guys and thank you timothy

Scooters coffee tastes like it was made over a magical campfire. The carmelicious blender is my favorite go to coffee. Service is excellent! No indoor dining. Drive through only.

They couldn’t figure out how to use the card reader, they finally handed it to me and I got it to go through. Then, it turns out the amount they charged me was $10 more, and they wouldn’t refund it to my card. Instead they offered me a credit towards the next purchase when a manager is in store.

All the girls are so sweet and outgoing! The coffee is amazing, and I love all the sugar free options they offer! I’ve been almost every day, and since opening their service time has drastically sped up! If you haven’t tried them, it’s a must!!!!!! Glad to have you here scooters!
