Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. It’s good when they’re actually open. I don’t know what’s going on, but for the past few months that I have tried going 5 days out of the week. 3/5ths of the time, they’re closed. It says they open at 5am but I’m there between 6:15 and 6:30am. I have officially given up trying to pickup from this specific Scooter’s. It’s frustrating when I pass by other Scooter’s that are open only to find this one closed.

Today is was my birthday and I wanted to go to scooters to get a coffee and a cinnamon roll usually I have a really good experience here but today the girl in the Drive-Thru window just didn’t seem to be paying much attention and I wanted to make sure that I was using my birthday coupon for my drink and I was trying to make sure and she goes I already gave you a discount I don’t like the fact that when they go there they don’t ask you are you using a certain promo code or they just scan it and use it and don’t tell you.

Yvette is the reason I prefer this location! I treat myself with Scooter’s multiple times per week and I go out of my way to come to this location, specifically because I know that my drink will be made correctly and that I’ll receive exceptional customer service. Not every Scooter’s location is made equal and this is the sweet spot. Yvette specifically keeps me coming back and it’s evident that she cares about the customers. As a marketing major and business owner myself, I understand the importance of focusing on the customer experience and customer satisfaction to keep that customer coming back. I swear by this place! I will gladly pick Scooter’s over Starbucks any day. Haven’t had Starbucks in years and so glad I found a coffee place that gets it. The mocha blender with an extra shot. Two thumbs up and a ten out of ten. This coffee is so addictive and the food!!!! A simple and yet yummy breakfast of egg and cheese biscuit was great. We love it!

Not a fanboy of fancy coffee, but the wife and I needed a pick-me-up after shopping. Couldn’t tell you exactly what I ordered, but it was a caramel flavored something or other…and it was delicious!

We love coming to this Scooter’s to get coffee! Hailey always takes our order and is super friendly! She is always in an awesome mood and even remembers us! She deserves a raise! 2nd location to serve a cold brew that looked and tasted like tea. I told the server who said maybe someone diluted it wrong. No kidding, then don’t serve it. Shared with corporate, no reply. We shouldn’t have to pay Starbucks prices for coffee so simple.
