We’ve been brewing up delicious coffee, espresso blenders, smoothies and pastries since 1998. Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. We stopped to grab coffees and waited over 20 minutes to be served and coffees delivered inside the shop. The two young women working there told us they had to prioritize the drive thru customers ahead of the inside customers. That’s bad business telling us we are second rate customers and have to wait while drive thrus get priority over us. We watched a dozen of drive thru customers come after us and get served before us. I would have given them a one, but they do have nice, clean restrooms so they get a two.

Came in to the lobby and took several cars going through before anyone acknowledged us. Took another 15 minutes to get our drinks while one was made sitting on the counter and they sent four of the other one we ordered out the window to “catch drive through up”

My mom and I were travelling and wanted to try a new coffee spot. The cashier had trouble putting in our order 4 separate times. My mom ordered a regular coffee and they gave her a vanilla one despite her repeating multiple times that she wanted a regular hot coffee with cream. They gave out my drink and my food was ice cold. The employees were incredibly rude to us and our drinks and food were disgusting. Also, people got their orders well before us despite us coming in before them. The entire drive thru line was clear before we even got our food.

My caramelicious was made wrong, so I sent it back….they either gave me the exact same one back, or they made it wrong the second time as well. I asked for an extra shot, but I don’t think they put Expresso in it at all! My husband’s turtle latte was just coffee. No flavor at all. The kids’ blenders were good, but they never had them before so who knows if they were made correctly. Super disappointing. We thought we knew what to expect with scooters and paid a lot of money to have bad coffee for our long drive home.

First let me say this, customer service….good customer service is a little hard to come by these days but it has found its way here to Scooters in Ogallala NE!
The service….Exemplary……. The Cleanliness…..Top notch…… and overall presentation…..Outstanding! If you ever find your way here to this little gem right off of I80 in Ogallala NE you own it to yourself to try out this coffee shop. Take the time out to go in and relax you will be glad you did.

Second time coming in, and it’s easily a new go-to work/study spot for me. Walking in I was instantly surprised that Ogallala was able to get something so nice. Great breakfast, tasty drinks, and good to see so many friends working behind the counter. Putting this in the win column when it comes to new businesses.

I had great interactions with staff, during and after my visit! I forgot my purse there while on a roadtrip, but Kira and Kassie were angels and mailed it to me! My Lucky Charms latte was delicious as well, but I was floored by the kindness they showed!
