I ordered a Carmelicious but she gave me something made with fudge. When I asked about it she ignored me at first, then yelled give me a minute! Then she angrily snatched it out of my hand. Wow! I will just go to 7 brew from now on. You should really make them wear name tags then maybe they would at least try to be cordial or respectful to people. Also if you don’t like people then please don’t work with people.

I come to scooters rather frequently and i’m lucky almost always he served by Karley. She’s always incredibly friendly and pleasant to interact with. Out of the many, many times i’ve ordered i’ve only ever had a single drink with any mistakes! Karley is a great barista and will absolutely keep me coming back!

Ordered the caramelicious crème cold brew 2 times, 2 weeks apart, and both tasted sooo watered down. The first time we had already made it to the interstate and I thought maybe it was just me, so I threw it away at our next stop and just ate the cost. Next time I tried it before leaving the window and asked to get a different drink, because this one was also undrinkable. The lady who handed us the drink was kind and said not to worry, they’d replace it. The next lady came up and said something along the lines of so you don’t like this? What else do you want? That’ll be $x.xx. We tried to make small talk about how we were from out of state so maybe we were used to a different location or that maybe the XL has different proportions, but all she had to say was that everything came premade so she couldn’t tell us what the problem is. I can’t explain how terrible the cold brew tasted though. I can only compare it to the mildest flavored water you can think of. Even the cold foam on top was flavorless. Hoping this location can figure out what’s happening with this drink!

My mother went there today. She rarely get out of the house due to her advance age. She uses cash and only had a $50. Upon receiving her drink(which she said was served by a rude person) they told her they are not allowed to take a $50. As someone who has worked in the service industry for many years if I worked at a location attached to a bank and an elderly customer had a 50 I would walk over to the bank and break it. I’ve literally left a restaurant I was working at to go to a 7-Eleven to buy someone a drink we didn’t have on the menu. My mom would never leave a review like this but I will. If you look at all my reviews and photo views you’ll see I rarely leave a bad review.

My friend and I stopped inside Scooters after a bank errand. We waited at the counter for 5 minutes before we were greeted. We placed our order for a latte and some egg bites. We sat down in the seating area to wait for our to-go order. While waiting, we watched 4 cars come through the drive up window. We waited for about 10 minutes before we went to the counter to inquire about our order. They pointed to the counter where they had left the latte and told us the egg bites were almost ready. It took another 8-10 minutes before the egg bites were ready. As we were walking away from the counter, one of the employees loudly said, “you aren’t the only customers in here waiting.”
We are both business owners and understand customer service. My observations are this. The latte and egg bites were delicious. But our time is valuable and customer service can make or break a business. People inside the shop should be served just as quickly as people in their cars. If part of my order is ready, bring it to me, don’t just expect me to find it. And if I inquire about my order, be polite and helpful.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after repeated negative experiences at this Scooter’s over the past year, I feel it’s necessary. This has consistently been the worst Scooter’s location I’ve visited.
I understand mistakes happen, and I always try to give grace to those in the service industry. I worked at a Scooter’s in Texas for two years, so I know the standards and the pace of the job. That said, the issues here are not occasional—they are consistent. Drinks are often made incorrectly: syrup sitting at the bottom, espresso added when it shouldn’t be, flavors left out, or whipped cream missing despite being requested. The quality is far below what I know Scooter’s is capable of.
Even more concerning is the customer service. Too often, baristas are short, dismissive, or visibly annoyed when asked to correct mistakes. Instead of a friendly interaction or a quick apology, I’ve been met with eye rolls and attitude. This is not only unprofessional but reflects poorly on the brand as a whole.
I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic consistency, professionalism, and respect—standards that are not being met at this location.

Okay!! Am a barista at a different coffee shop and i will never come back to this location!! Disappointed, disrespectful and poorest quality of coffee! Spent 25 mins in drive through, when we got to the menu to place our order the guy was absolutely disrespectful!! Short, wouldnt give us any time to look at it! No one knew what a italian soda was, both of our iced coffees were made absolutely incredibly incorrect and when told the drinks were made wrong the guy told us to bad take it or leave it!! How hard would have been to remake two iced breve vanilla lattes?? I have high standards as a barista and this place is a dumpter fire!! We threw away the drinks and lost $25

The staff and food are always exceeding my expectations. I generally do schoolwork here 3+ days a week and I am always met with great service. For the past 2 months most if not all outlets in the building do not work. I have notified staff multiple times and they have confirmed they have notified their managers. From what I know there has been nothing done to fix this. I would truthfully like to keep doing work here due to its atmosphere however it seems I am waiting on corrective action. I am asking that this simply gets fixed.
