Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. The drink was fine but the service was not fine. They were rude and got upset because I asked if they could put regular sausage instead of spicy sausage on a sandwich. She was short and rude after that so I just got my drink and left. Won’t be back. Starbucks here I come! They cost a hell of a lot more but at least they’re nice to you.

Visited Columbus for the first time. Only went thru drive thru. The cinnamon Latte was very good, and also tried a Candy Bar Latte (snickers) the following day. The candy bar Latte did not taste like snickers but was still a very good drink. Staff was able to complete the order in under 3 minutes.

Service is good but a little slow. Staff is very friendly and pleasant. Coffee drinks are okay. I always get a blender and always ask for extra ice. Sometimes I get it and sometimes I don’t. If I don’t get the extra ice, the blender has the same consistency as the iced coffee. They need to thicken up the blenders.

I frequently come through the drive thru at this location. I can tell you that the girls working there are extremely kind, friendly, and fast. I never have to wait long even with a line. I enjoy coming through and seeing the employees get along and have fun with each other. I just went through about 20 minutes ago and I saw a note written through the window “if the drawer is short it comes out of your tips.” When I saw this note I couldn’t believe a work place who treats their employees like that has so many hard working employees. Taking away tips and money that your employees earn and work hard for is illegal no matter the situation. Whether or not your drawer is short, if a customer ran without paying, or any other situation where this comes up. It disgusted me that businesses get away with this kind of stuff all while paying their employees a barely live-able wage. Shame on you!!

Friendly staff and the drinks are always prepared perfectly. Scooters has become our go-to coffee stop. The prices are comparable to Starbucks but the quality is better in my opinion.
