I live within walking distance of this Scooters. I have always had a great experience with mobile ordering, drive through, and just walking up to the window with neighbors and our kids. But yesterday, on black friday, we are so disturbed by our experience. My girls and I thought it’d be fun to kick off our shopping experience with a treat. We were going out for breakfast later, so I wanted to modify our drinks for a few less calories. I ordered at the drive through and asked for low fat ice cream base, she said she could do that. I told her to do that but keep the whip cream and sprinkles. I then asked her if you had any sugar free syrup options for the sugar cookie blender. Her tone in response was rude, like I was stupid for asking this as she said, “umm, no, its going to be just like it sounds, pretty sugar filled”. I said “okay” and said that was fine. I scooted around…..she opens the window with a blender spilling over the sides as she tries to finish putting the flat lid on and scans me. Immediately, I say, “oh we wanted whip”. She slammed the window closed and started yelling at her coworker, “She said no whip! She said no whip! She said no whip!” (Yes, 3 times, and my girls and I were in shock. We could all hear her expressing her anger out loud about us). She opens the door again, I said to her, “I said, keep the whip”, she aggressively gives us our 3 blenders with the tiniest dot of whipped cream on each one.. it was ridiculous, and my kids had to turn on the light to see if they got sprinkles because there were so few. I tried to hand her my card when she slammed the window back shut. We drove off and I called my husband. He watched our account and that almost $23.00 charged to the card I had on my app. Very disappointing and not the way we wanted to kick off our fun day. 🙁

I went through the drive through around 840 this morning, and I was a little tearful due to some medical things happening with my kids. The sweetest girl working drive through window paid for my coffee because she said it seemed like I was having a bad day. Just simple human kindness from her helped turn my morning around. The sweetest human, deserves a raise or something to recognize how great she is. Thank you, and I wish I knew your name! ❤️

I have been going to the scooters since they opened. Never had a bad experience until today. Ordered my coffee as usual the woman at the windows clearly having a really bad day black hair, low ponytail not sure who upset her, but she definitely took it out on me always leave a tip. Definitely didn’t happen today.

Our drinks were made wrong and when I complained to Jadyn and told her I would either like a refund or else my drinks to be remade, she told me there was nothing they could do. I will not be visiting this Scooters again because of Jadyn.

Terrible service. No one in line ahead of us and still took about 5 minutes to get 2 blenders done. I’ve had bigger orders take less time before. Window was left open and two team members were standing in front of it joking around and eating donuts. There’s nothing wrong with taking a break and having fun, but please make sure your job is done first and stay out of view of customers.

This is the 3rd time in a row and now the last time I will come to this location. Each time, my peanut butter power was just a vanilla shake. One of visits, all 3 people in my car got peanut butter power drinks, they all tasted like just vanilla, no peanut butter at all. This is also the 3rd time I’ve complained, nobody has reached out previously so I’m not sure why I’m wasting my time with this tbh!
To wrap it up… if you want flavor, you have to ask for, and pay for extra. Don’t waste your money, go to a different location.
I’ve been hugely disappointed by scooters in the last 2 years. I think I’m ready to try someplace different entirely, even if it is less convenient! I’m sick of wasting my money here.

The crew is stellar! With closing time at 8 pm, I almost didn’t make it to pick up my mobile order since I arrived at 7:55 pm. They were so friendly! Scooter’s crew, you never disappoint! Y’all rock!!!
