You’ll taste the Scooter’s Coffee® difference in every drink.

Since coming here, I’ll occasionally get my order messed up or experience a barista who wasn’t particularly having a good day but these past few months have been terrible at this location. Not only are the workers extremely rude and unwelcoming but the quality of the drinks have also went down. Sunday I ordered a large blender no whip- it’s my usual and not a complicated order. The line was moving slower than normal which is not a big deal, but then I was rudely met by a gentlemen with glasses and a side part/bang (?) No greeting, he just handed me a straw and then five minutes later I was handed my blender with the content of the cup pouring out the sides. I asked for a napkin and got a rude look from the gentleman with the side part and the young black lady who was handing out my drink. I returned the next day for the same order and was once again met with the young black girl who was giving me dirty looks. She also gave me no greeting and then proceeded to make a comment to her fellow workers and then they all crowded around the window to look at me thinking they were slick. My drink was also once again filled to the brim to the point that it was spilling out the cup with chunks of ice and peanut butter unblended. Scooter’s check your employee’s snarky attitudes and terrible service.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I quit coming here for quite awhile due to a couple bad experiences in the past. I thought I would try again since I live close by. Nothing has changed. Employee was absolutely rude, peanut butter power was mostly ice and could barely taste the peanut butter, the cup had stuff all over it, I asked for it to be wiped off and the employee rolled her eyes. Never again, I will drive across town!

This location is the closest to my house and was my go to. The last few months this location has been awful. My drinks have been wrong and/or have tasted gross. It’s so disappointing and has made me drive out of the way to another location. I understand my drink won’t always be perfect but it has gotten ridiculous. The last time my drink was wrong (ordered a latte and got a redbull) and I went back, the lady in the drive thru tried to make me pay again for the correct drink.
Avoid this location if you can.

This is the maple waffle sandwich I ordered, how could you look at this sandwich and think it’s okay to serve this to someone? Disgusting. Waste of my money and time. Will not be returning to this location.

You know how they joke about when you get coffee at Dunkin and the same order you order every time tastes different? That is this Scooters location. I order a Vanilla Creme Cold Brew. And there’s a 50/50 chance they’re going to give me an americano with cold foam- which is really, really gross. And I finally complained because I spend about $105 a month on coffee at this Scooters (it’s the closest to my house) and I’m tired of spending $7.01 on a drink that literally CURDLES because they pour hot coffee into a cup and then add cold foam on top. I don’t want cottage cheese coffee. And in case you are wondering “oh maybe she’s just ordering her drink wrong, maybe that’s how it’s made” it’s not. It’s not supposed to curdle because they’re not supposed to put black coffee in a cup and top it with cold foam. It’s supposed to be cold brew coffee, and then it is supposed to have vanilla syrup, heavy cream, and then cold foam to top it off.

Since this location is conveniently on my way to work, I swing in often. However recently, I have noticed that when I order a large hot drink, I am only getting a little over half of the drink and the rest is foam. While I always have a good experience with the team, it is very disappointing that I am paying for a large drink and I am only getting half or little over half of it. While I understand the cup will not be filled to the tippy top, halfway is ridiculous. This has been a consistent issue with not only my drink, but my husband’s as well. This is the only location that I have had this issue.

Went inside, cashier didn’t ask for the name for our order, our order came out separately and mixed the other orders, baristas didn’t call loud enough to hear and didn’t know what drinks were, they also made our cold brew wrong. Very bad experience.

If you’ve never in a Scooter’s Coffee shop, you need to. Everytime I enter the shop, I’m greeted not only by the warm verbal welcomes, but the wonderful smell of fresh-made coffee as well. September is now my favorite month this year (with the exception of December because of Christmas) because Scooter’s is giving FREE coffee to anyone this month in any size! I visit to get one almost every day if I can. This is a general review of all my experiences at Scooter’s. (Mostly at the Scooter’s on 25th Street since its my favorite and most visited Scooter’s shop.) The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I had to wait a good while for my coffee once and then it was the wrong size. But it’s okay because I understand how stressful it can be working, especially when you’re worried about getting just one thing wrong. Overall, I would give this place 5 stars for the wonderful workers who commit to serving and making customers feel welcome every day, assorted choices of great coffee (and other refreshments), FREE accessible Wi-Fi, and the atmosphere in which you can study, work, hang out with friends, have meetings, or just chill. Keep up the amazing work and warm smiles!

It takes forever to get something ordered on Sunday. Your drive-through lines are 30 minutes. Wait time.

I absolutely love the Capehart Scooter’s location! They can have a line to the street, but I’m in and out fast. Even with the Base traffic in the morning. I love that they have baristas grabbing orders and payments while the line grows, so my drink is alway waiting for me to grab and go. And it’s always correct! I love all the friendly baristas too! Never had a bad experience here. Thanks for always rockin’ it!
