It doesn’t matter which Scooter’s I go to, their coffee doesn’t taste like anything more than hot brown water. This is a systemic problem. They don’t make coffee, they employ young girls to make hot brown water. They wouldn’t know what coffee tastes like. They are not helpful if you tell them the hot brown water isn’t good. I’m done paying for overpriced hot brown water.

I recently visited Scooter’s and had an issue with my matcha drink. It was very icy and had chunks of ice in it, so I politely asked for it to be reblended. As someone who works at Scooter’s, I understand that matchas don’t always blend well, but the girl who blended my drink was very rude about it. She complained to her coworker that she had already blended it twice, yet still handed it to me with ice chunks. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

3 times I’ve been here. Every time my blended frozen mocha coffee tastes as if they’re skimping on ingredients. Very bland. Today I also splurged and bought a sausage egg and cheese bagel. It was still cold, wasn’t cooked long enough. What a bummer. I definitely will not be back to this location.
