I made a post about 3 months ago how great it is, and its my new coffee spot, but sadly I have to change my mind. I got a coffee a week before this and it tasted old. I decided to give it another try again today and the coffee was absolutely horrible. I wish I got a before picture, but it tasted like straight up water. Even looked like water before I shook it. The size was wrong also no foam like requested. They shut the window before I could ask about it. The cinnamon roll was amazing like always though.

Despite being an incredibly busy Saturday morning before Husker football, the drive-through was wrapped, and they already had a team member taking orders in the line of cars. That is literally one of the best ways to expedite the drive-through process. Kudos!!

I love Scooters coffee and I love this location. They get to know their regulars (and their dogs!), I’ve never had a bad experience here. They’re very friendly- always ask how I’m doing. If it’s a long line they do everything they can to make it speedy, efficient and easy. Which is great when I haven’t had any caffeine yet. Thank you!!!

All 3 cookies were almost completely frozen, the everything bagel sandwich was also frozen in the middle, and to top it off the blonde girl taking our order didn’t let me finish and when I asked her to add a drink she rolled her eyes also we waited at the window for over 10 mins Just for them to grab my card to pay not once did anyone smile or say anything. Will never stop here again.

The wife and I was just up there today, and not once, not twice, but three times they messed her order up.

Never had an issue with scooters before…

They didnt have the usual ice for my drink which is a blue raspberry infusion and all the concentrate was just sitting on the bottom.

Her drink which was a large iced turtle…
First one no whip and super watered down…
Second they gave us a medium still watered down…..
The final one was a large but even more watered down…..

We gave up and just went to the 168th and 370 location which has better customer service and has never let us down.

Most likely won’t be returning to this location if they can’t make drinks correctly….

Always get quality service at Scooters at any location. The coffee servers are always friendly and helpful. I try to leave them a tip as funds allow but they never complain if you can’t.

Fast, friendly and helpful service and staff. Clean outside through drive through. I counted this as a 1st visit as it was at this location. I’m a traveler, and haven’t been to a scooters in over 2 years. Lovely menu changes. I was quite pleased and will definitely be back to this location. Kudos and big thanks

I drove through this morning and got 3 blenders and a coffee. There was no flavor coffee today which was disappointing, but not a big deal. Got the three blenders and After I drove off, I grabbed my blender to take a drink and the lid came flying off and dumped 2/3 of a large blender all over my car and myself. The lid hadn’t been sealed when they handed the cup to me. When I called to let them know they need to make sure the lids are sealed and what had happened, all I got was “I’ll let my staff know.” Not like I was trying to fish for a free drink offer, but when I spend $6 on a blended coffee that Majority of it is all over my car creating a sticky mess and going into places I can’t even reach, I would have expected them to invite me back to get a replacement. Poor customer service and a very flippant response to a clearly upset customer.

My coffee was only filled 3/4 of the way full and my sausage burrito that I reminded the guy at the window was supposed to be a sausage burrito and not a bacon burrito, turned out to be a bacon burrito regardless. On top of it it was probably the smallest thing called a burrito I’ve ever seen.
