Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. I just went through the drive thru at this location and the wait was minimal. There were 4 cars ahead of me and the line moved very quickly. When I got to the window, I asked to add on one more drink and without hesitation the barista accommodated my request with a smile and a “sure, no problem”. Both beverages were delicious.

Unfortunately, this location frequently runs out of almond and oat milk, as well as cinnamon rolls. We placed a mobile order for coffee with almond milk today, but when my husband tasted it at home, it was clear they used regular milk instead. We tried to call the store multiple times to address this, but no one answered. It’s disappointing, especially since this location is so convenient for us. I cannot recommend this store based on our experiences.

I visit this Scooters location frequently and my experience is always great. The main reason for this is the staff. I was there recently and the wait was a bit longer than usual. Having worked in food service for many years I know how stressful this can be for employees. That said, I was not surprised the entire staff and my favorite barista, Katie handling the difficult situation with grace and a smile. I will be a long-time regular of this Scooters for this reason.

Stopped here at 4pm today. Great sandwich and drink but we waited in line behind 2 cars for 25 minutes. When I made a comment about the wait time I was told “we just had shift change and nothing was done” I would not have waited that long but the entire drive-thru is enclosed so once you’re in, the only way out is through. I thought it would be nice to get my daughter a little treat on her way to work but she ended up being extremely late. No apology or compensation was offered. Super frustrating!

Terrible service. The drive thru line was so long so we went inside. Drive through was getting served quickly while the lobby was not. I waited 20 minutes for my order and people who came in after me had their orders before me. I had to ask where my order was they said it got “lost” and was making now. Then when I finally got it, it wasn’t even right and our sandwich was cold. No apologies, just “here’s your drink”. Will never go to that location again.

I would like to Give a shout out to Kiersten for the awesome service I received on Friday June 21, 2019. After I ordered my drink and I paid for it, I asked her how long she had been working there. She said for a long time and so I asked her some questions about this drink that I used to get. So I explained it to her and she knew exactly what it was. I asked if it was too late to change my order and she said absolutely not. She kept A genuine smile on her face the entire time I was at her window and I just like to say that was awesome service!!
