Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Read back the order…I travel alot and not sure why scooters doesnt read back the order. Its a shot in the dark what my total will be and if my drink is actually what i ordered. Is it not a part of training to read back the order? It will save you and the customer time and money if you just verify what the person ordered….the amount of times I keep trying to give scooters a chance is too many. Messed up my order at this location too which could of been avoided if you just read back the order. It isn’t that hard.

Service is always good. Our pup usually gets a pup cup when we come here, so that’s a plus for us and our pup. Service with a smile goes along way. Keep it up

I come here every now and then when out shopping, I have always been greeted nicely from the start. I ordered a blended vanilla matcha and THEY DID THEIR THING. They put their entire soul into it *chefs kiss*. I give it an 11/10.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered coffee and two sandwiches I only received my coffee. After 13 minutes of waiting for them to heat up two sandwiches I finally asked if they would please credit those sandwiches back onto my card. I watched as these young women behaved like little girls at a social club instead of paying attention to their job and servicing customers ,they completely forgot about my sandwiches.

Very nice building, used the conference room and it was very quiet while I worked. Employee forgot to put whip on my drink, but not biggie. Generally a good place to grab a cup of coffee.
