I am a huge supporter of scooters and always will be!
Now with that being said at this particular location there seems to be a staff member there who seems to have a loud and demanding attitude anytime I’ve gone. I believe she may be the manger short blonde hair glasses.
When I go through before work I get my coffee and I always ask them will they fill my Stanley up with ice and water and it’s never been a problem till (this person) got a little to bold for her britches. Every other scooters I’ve ever been never a problem. So the first time (mind you this is a 42oz Stanley) I ask and she demanding & Rudely tells me “you need to keep your lid “ I was like umm okay!! (Never had that told to me before) so I did and she hands me back my Stanley with hardly any ice and water 1/2full.
2nd time I go through thinking okay I won’t have to deal with her! (Nope was wrong! I again as the girl at the window is she can fill my Stanley and she says yes perfectly fine / until ms demanding comes over and pretty much screams at the girl in the window loud enough for the whole line of customers can hear “they need to keep there Dam lids we don’t take the lids”
The girl at the window was so professional to just not say anything to the demanding rude one and just keep my lid by her and nicely put it back on for me. I appreciated her.
‘Now here’s my thing first off don’t be rude an loud and mean about it. A sorry but you wouldn’t want someone handing you your coffee with no lid right ? So I understand the establishment is doing a nice thing by doing this but she needs to calm down and not be rude to customers at all

This picture was taken before we even took 1 sip. We ordered larges and this is all we got. An hour before close, I understand it was only 1 girl working, but there weren’t any cars in line or at the window. We went back through to make sure the drinks were placed as larges, which the barista confirmed they were. Just disappointed that we paid for larges, but that’s all that was filled in the cups. Even the whipped topping was flattened as if it had been sitting out.

I’ve been to a few lactations and have always received great customer service. This location continues the streak. I’m addicted to their peanut butter latte frappe! My husband ordered the turkey & cheese sandwich, and of course I had to try it. It’s your typical fast food breakfast but not terrible. I might try a breakfast burrito sometime.

I will not go here any longer. If corporate cares here is why. After multiple visits where I can here the team bad mouthing customers, a cold sandwich, or whoever was running window being the absolute lifeless, rude person… this last visit. Lady quoted me 15.70 for the order. I GAVE HER 16$. I recieved 2.50 in change… My peach pie red bull infusion was missing the peach pie syrup part. It was straight redbull, cold foam, cinnamon topping,… gross. I want to wish that location the best, maybe new employees are the reason for this last visit. Mistakes happen but when they happen after a long list of bad…I just can’t.

Love this store and it’s employees. They are super friendly every morning and my order is always correct and delicious! At this point it’s just become part of my daily routine to swing into this Scooter’s before work and I am never disappointed!

I want to give a huge positive shout out to this specific location because of their fast pace, having the correct amount of flavoring in their drinks and always have a smile on their face! Thank you so much for caring about quality of your drinks, it’s been months since I’ve been to this specific location but anytime I go here they never disappoint ☺️

Please check your coffee here before you drink it! The workers do not check to see if the cups are clean before pouring your drink in it. I bought a hot carmalicious coffee today and I was almost done with it when something that was not liquid, went into my mouth. It was a FLY! I about cried because I had 1 sip left of my coffee. I feel so disturbed that I basically finished my FLY COFFEE.. My drink had a coffee stopper on the lid so I am assuming they prepared it with the fly already in it.

I confess I only get one drink, Peanut butter cup blender. I get accustomed to a particular flavor. The peanut butter switched to Natural peanut butter which changes the flavor. THIS location also has a huge turn over rate so even when it was the right peanut butter, flavor varied depending on who made it. About 40% of the time the drink was correct, but has no chance of tasting like the original recipe as the ingredients changed. I didn’t ask for healthy, I ordered my drink, and unless I ask locations, I never know who has the ingredients for a drink that was marketed as one thing and constantly seems to change. I now make a 23 minute drive to get the correct peanut butter. This location lost my business

Came here once, ordered 2 drinks. Neither one was made correctly or even tasted good. Decided to give them a second chance. Same exact experience and one of the drinks looks like some of it was dumped out. This time asked for a refund and the girl at the window gave us attitude and as soon as she handed us the refund she slammed the window. 0/10 do NOT recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing how these teenage girls find it appropriate to talk shit and complain in front of customers at the window. My morning order was so much better while listening to whiney brats in the drive through.
