Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. They charge for salsa now and don’t mix the sauces in their drinks. Got an iced white mocha only for all the mocha to be stuck on the bottom and when I asked for salsa for my sandwich the girl told me they charge for that now.

I love scooters. We typically go to the location okay third and Kansas. For whatever reason we went to the one on campus I order my daughter and I’s drink then ordered an Iced Mocha for my husband. They lady suggested a Cafe Olay (which is apparently supposed to be hot) I don’t know what that is and we asked and he said that he’d try it so we ordered it. The lady took my payment then handed us our drinks and I notice my husbands is hot and I told her it was supposed to be cold and she rudely told us what was in it and that it’s hot and that’s what we ordered. I looked at my husband in disbelief that’s she mad because she suggested a drink that’s hot when we wanted something iced. I then asked her if she could put over ice she rudely told us that if we wanted something iced we wanted an iced mocha before I could say another word she slammed the window in our face. We got his drink back and left.

Ordered blended white mocha for granddaughter and my husband wanted to try something with double shots asked about what would be good. The order taker mentioned a triple shot expresso and he said ok. We don’t know what an expresso is, figured it was a cup of coffee with triple shot caffeine. Got to the window he opened the cup to see if there was anything in it and just the shots I guess. He asked if he could get coffee with it, the lady said very rudely, “that’s what u ordered” he said I know but i would like a cup of coffee with it, again she said again “that’s what u ordered” even more rude than before. She said it one more time and we left. There is NO reason for her to be so rude. My granddaughter goes to scooters at least once ot twice a week. We will not be going back to this location. Customer service was horrible.

Incredible baristas that are SO SO kind and always greet me with a smile! I am not a fan of coffee, but thanks to scooters, I have a new found love for espresso! I love the candy bar blenders and the oatmeal with peanut butter and almond milk!

I’ve been here twice, I’ve ordered the iced caramelicious, the blended caramelicious, the blended mocha and a cinnamon roll. They were all pretty good, compared with other coffee shops the amount of time you wait is outstanding, very quick service.

I asked for a nitro cold brew. It only comes in small. Fine. Can you add ice to a medium cup and pour to small into the medium cup with ice. They refused. So much for customer service. I drove off and will never be back.
