Social Profile:

We’ve been brewing up delicious coffee, espresso blenders, smoothies and pastries since 1998. Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. You’ll taste the Scooter’s Coffee® difference in every drink.

Drive-thru chain serving espresso & other coffee drinks, plus a variety of smoothies & pastries.

Nice little coffee spot. Fast, friendly service. The drink was great, just a little too sweet, but I will definitely support this shop.

If I order my drink with heavy cream instead of 2% do not ask me if I just want some in there that is my milk choice which you charged me extra for and selected as milk choice on the app learn to read and make drinks correctly as ordered not how you interpret them

This Scooter’s store had the cheapest price I’ve paid for a large Blended Caramelicious at any Scooters I’ve been too, but wasnt the best one I’ve had .

All the girls here are very sweet and work fast. Great customer service, and my daughter and I always get what we ordered. I absolutely love this place. The new manager they have is fabulous! I have NOTHING bad to say about scooters in pratt.

I had a disturbing experience at Scooters coffee that I feel compelled to share. Upon pulling up to the drive through, I heard the unmistakable sound of a puppy crying from somewhere inside. Concerned, I asked one of the employees about it, only to be told that it was the manager’s puppy and that it was being kept in the bathroom.

Firstly, it is incredibly unsettling to hear a puppy in distress while trying to enjoy a coffee. It raises serious questions about the welfare of the animal and the conditions it’s being subjected to. Keeping a puppy confined in a bathroom of a coffee shop is not only unhygienic but also deeply concerning from an ethical standpoint.

Secondly, the response from the staff was dismissive and lacked any sense of responsibility towards the well-being of the puppy. Instead of addressing the situation with concern and transparency, they brushed it off as if it were a normal occurrence.

As a customer, I expect businesses to uphold basic standards of animal welfare and to create a welcoming environment for all patrons. Hearing a puppy cry from within a bathroom does the exact opposite—it creates a sense of discomfort and raises serious doubts about the priorities of the management.

In conclusion, my experience at Scooters coffee was marred by the distressing sound of a puppy crying and the indifferent response from the staff. Until there is a clear demonstration of improvement in how they handle such situations, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone who cares about animal welfare.

Service is normally good, depending on the time of day you go. The coffee is good but it is very expensive for a small town. I gave it 3 stars simply because I go there at various times of the day. Mornings is always good service. Afternoons are hit and miss.

The staff where definitely the best part of experience, funny and great customer service.

I got some holiday drinks and it was grainy and nasty which is weird because it’s pretty tough to mess up an iced latte…
The packaging and cups were really unattractive as I think like an emoji smiley face and brown background.

The most frustrating part honestly was there are not even garbages for trash since it’s drive through only.

I could get past all the other stuff but I really disliked the Coffee so for me, I don’t see myself returning again.
