Our goal is to make you smile with every sip, that’s why when you stop by one of our locations you’ll see a smiley face sticker smiling right back at you on every cup. Our coffee begins with responsibly sourcing some of the finest hand-selected beans in the world, and paying farmers and workers a fair wage to help improve their community’s infrastructure. Then, it’s roasted with care and love in small batches, staying true to the art of crafting quality coffee and ensuring a smooth, rich and delicious finish. Scooter’s Coffee made our little mom-and-daughter morning drive feel special! Even though it’s a drive-thru only, the service was quick and friendly, and our drinks were perfect. It was a fun and easy way to spend time together and start the day with a smile. We’ll definitely be back for another drive-thru date!

One of the worst locations in terms of customer service. The workers don’t engage in friendly conversation. Every time I have visited, they hide away and don’t turn their back from the customer except when asking for money or handing out the product. Been handed items all covered in coffee, they don’t even bother to wipe it off before handing it off. Had it happen again today which wasn’t as bad as it has been. They have handed out burnt food, rang up orders wrong. Usually order off the app to prevent this. Whole team needs retraining. I stand 10 toes on that statement. Give your team an activity to help with customer service. I expect more from this location with the area and clientele. Been a customer for 8 years and easily spend $75-$100 a month with how often I come here. Contemplating ending that relationship just because of the interactions I have gotten from this place.

so i might be a little biased because i am a nebraska girl and used to drink scooters growing up, but have not had it since we moved in 2017. But i ordered an iced white mocha latte with oatmilk and got my daughter a kids strawberry smoothie. both were done amazingly. i always finish my coffee incredibly slow and after the ice melted but today i finished way too quickly and wish i had ordered a bigger size! the lady we met and took our order was also super sweet and was asking about our daily plans while we were waiting for my coffee to be done. the service was just amazing i would def recommend

The guy who served me my coffee put a huge smile on my face. We just had our second son and we are at Red Bud across the street for his first appointment.
I get to the window and go to tap my phone on a credit card terminal and he tells me they don’t have tap to pay. Before I could even think he said “we got you on the drinks though.”
This is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had with a business in a long time and such an easy and kind gesture.

Sugar free vanilla frapuccino tasted like ice and watered down coffee with a tiny bit of flavoring. For $6.86 I felt like it really missed the mark. I feel like I could have made a better tasting drink at home.

They have the absolute best caramel coffee. Their blended options are top-notch, but for fewer calories, I will get the iced coffee. I wish there were more locations, but I don’t mind driving to this location. They are always so friendly.

Always a good experience but I will say coffee does not always taste consistent. Some days spot on, some days too sweet, some days can’t taste the extra shot of espresso.
