I got the worst latte from the Andover Scooter. Definitely not the normal quality

I was visiting family in Andover and wanted coffee. Scooters was close so I tried them. The counter crew were so nice, the coffee was excellent and I went back every day I was there. Mocha with a shot of vanilla. I will definitely recommend Scooters to friends and family!

A nice little Scooters! My drink was done so quickly and was delicious. Friendly service too!

Ordered a dirty chai and it was just okay. To be fair I think it was the persons first day as they had to ask how to ring it up and make it. I would have to say that they seem to be overpriced. I can’t rate them on their coffee as I have not ordered standard coffee here specifically. It was slow and quite when I went and the staff seemed friendly, but spoke too soft to be heard even though there wasn’t any noise. They could use some more comfortable seating options and soft music inside.

I love their blenders & their breakfast burritos are also great! My main complaint is the time it takes to get our order. We visit this place often on our way to soccer games, & if I’m planning on stopping here, I know I need to add an extra 15-20 minutes of time because of how long it takes to get our order to us. A blender (or 2) and a smoothie and breakfast burrito shouldn’t take 10-15 minutes to make!

Long time drinker, first time reviewer. I wanted to commend the two ladies working on 7 Aug ’23 @ noon. I went through and ordered two smooties. I was told to pull up to the window for my total and as I’m sitting there waiting for the window to open, I see a lady walk in front of my car heading in the direction of the Dillions gas station. About three minutes later, I still haven’t been greeted at the window, and I see the same girl walking back in the direction of Scooters lugging 20 lbs of ice. As she’s crossing back in front of my car, there are a couple of kids on bikes that nearly clip her as these little a$&holes fly by without any regard for her. Just as she disappears from view, the drive-thru windows comes to life and I’m greeted apologetically and with enthusiasm by the other employee. She proceeds to tell me that the reason for the wait is because they didn’t have enough ice to make the smoothies because their ice machine was extremely slow in producing said item. This had me rolling with laughter, but I was also grateful, because they could have easily told me that their ice machine was down or something else, but in my opinion, they went above and beyond for a couple of smoothies. So thank you soo much, you will not be forgotten. Also, to Scooters mgmt, please consider springing for another ice machine or having a diagnostic run on the current ice machine so that your employees don’t have to risk life and limb for a couple of smooties.

The Andover Scooters are some of the kindest people that work there. I had been sick and could only handle a smoothie. It was 5 minutes before they closed. I called and asked if they would make one. They did it and it was ready when my husband pulled up at exactly 8. They were very nice Thank you.

Had no decent vegetarian options–they got rid of their vegetarian breakfast burrito, and are unable to remove the meat from other burritos. My partner opted for the only vegetarian option, which was the cheese and egg biscuit, but it was dry and bland.
The sausage on my everything bagel sandwich was cold and the iced coffee didn’t have much flavor. 20$ for cold sausage made it not a great first experience. Probably won’t be going back
