I went to scooters at 75th and Neiman in Shawnee today. I ordered a large strawberry sundries red bull infusion. They handed me the cup and it looked weird but didn’t notice until I pulled off that there were literally three pieces of ice in the cup and just red bull. They added no flavouring. Cool whatever fine. I call and the lady tells me “ya that’s just how they’re made”. No they’re not. I get this drink once a week and it never looks or tastes like that. I love scooters and usually go to another location and this is probably why.

This was my first time drinking a scooters drink, and they blew me by surprise. I got the candy cane mocha with an extra shot of espresso and the ladies exceeded my expectations on the presentation, and it tasted lovely . Thank you!

If I could leave a 0 I would. Today I came to scooters with my 4 year old daughter like we typically do every Saturday, she is severely allergic to many things and I make sure to order her smoothie correctly and ask when we get to the window if they heard me correctly on the accommodations. They handed me her smoothie and I always ask again, they assured me they made it correctly and sanitized the equipment before making hers. I tried it and it tasted typical so with never having an issue with this location I trusted it.
My 4 year old daughter had a severe allergic reaction after consuming the smoothie. Broke out in hives all over her body, coughing, and in pain. Brought her to the hospital and she was anaphylactic. She had to be given not one but TWO rounds of epinephrine, and 2 different steroids to calm her down. I am so disappointed in this location for not taking the proper precautions when they claim they are allergy friendly.
We are thankful we acted quickly and got her to the hospital in time before serious complications set in. We have discovered peanut butter was in the smoothie…… I’d love to speak to corporate and or the location manager.

If I could give zero stars I would. My good friend takes her daughter to this specific store, who has severe food allergies, to get her weekly treat that has never caused issues before and labeled allergy friendly. Well, yesterday on their weekly trip her daughter went into anaphylaxis and was rushed to the hospital where she was treated just in time. Upon investigation the cup there was PEANUT BUTTER in it! Scooters, respectfully DO BETTER! If someone orders allergy friendly items there’s a reason for it! If you offer such services please take it seriously this mistake could have killed her!

No problem with the product itself, but there is a girl here who always seems like she’s in a terrible mood. Like I get it, it’s work, I’m not asking you to be fake – but three times now she has not said anything to me handing me my drink, and acts very bothered in general to be serving me. Not even a have a nice day or anything near basic customer service manners. The one on the headset is very friendly, but the one working the window was unpleasent. Being polite won’t be the reason a customer returns, but the absence of those manners will keep them from coming back. I’m done with this Scooters, there’s a Dutch Bros close enough.

This location needs more staff and they need to be properly trained. I go to this one frequently and usually have no problem with the speed and friendliness. But weekends- there is a girl with red and black hair who seems lost. Poor girl was there alone this morning with 6 cars waiting. At least 3 of us just drove off after waiting for 15 minutes and she never answered the headset. Get this girl some help and train her and whoever else needs it correctly.

I have been coming to this Scooters for three years daily. The manager Ashlee is an amazing human being and is so nice and kind. She does an amazing job at training her new employees and makes all of her customers feel like friends and family always remembering their vehicle and order. It floors me how she remembers so many customers faces, vehicles and drinks. All the employees are always so nice and attentive to what us customers need. And it also helps the coffee is always amazing!
