Clearly I asked for a large Matcha. Was given a matcha with only less than half Matcha and mostly foam. When I asked her why it was mostly foam and requested a large meaning I should receive a large of matcha not foam. She stated corporate has them doing something differently instead of taking my cup and making it right. Very disappointed in how this was handled. Posted a photo to show my frustration and proof .

I ordered a large Americano (something like $5.14) and I received what looked like weak tea and tasted like hot water. There was no discernable taste whatsoever. I stopped by on my way out of town, I don’t like coffee to be screaming hot when I drink it so I waited 20 minutes for it to cool a little before my first sip. I was too far to return and had to be somewhere at a certain time, so I stopped at a gas station and threw it away and got regular coffee.

I went to Scooter’s yesterday with my kids. We ordered our drinks and pulled around to pick them up. My total was $14.19, I gave the cashier $15. She turns to her register and immediately turns back and asks if I have change because she didn’t have change. Fine with me, I hand her $.19. I expected her to return a dollar. She didn’t. I asked her about it and she then claims that I only gave her $14. I insist that I gave her $15 and my son who was in the seat beside me and had seen me count out the money confirms. She said well I don’t have it. I let it go but because it was only a dollar but feel it was really shady. I won’t be returning to Scooter’s. I don’t like dishonest people who steal.
ETA: So, Scooter’s replied to my review and asked me to put my review on their website. So, I did. I was contacted by email the next day. The manager offered me a free drink but the store manager is who really made me edit this review. The store manager took the time to review the camera’s and see that I was telling the truth. They apologized for it. She did say she thought it was an error on the cashiers part. However, it just made me feel reassured that I was right. I knew I was right but the cashier made me question it. Because of their response I am edited the stars. Their response shows accountability and respect. That means a lot.

Absolutely love this place! Especially this location. The girls are beyond sweet every time. I had them mess up 1 time on an order, and the owners reached out to me and fixed everything! They definitely care about their customers. Not to mention they have phenomenal drinks and food!
