This scooters has terrible customer service. The girls couldn’t even do simple math. We placed an order online, paid with a gift card on the app. When picking up our order we were told they were out of one of the drinks. Not a problem for us but refunding the drink was a problem for the employees. We didn’t have the card because it was paid in the app. They told us they had to give us cash but didn’t refund the correct amount for the drink order. When we did something the employees got an attitude. We will never come to this location again! If you want to be stolen from this is your place.

My mom and I went yesterday and got 2 hot lattes for $12 and they were lukewarm. We had to go home and warm them up. Please make sure your hot drinks are hot. I rarely have a coffee out…it is a treat for me because what I make at home is so good. Not sure if ill be getting another coffee out any time soon.

I want to love this location as how it is convenient on my way go to work. Everytime I get my drink I always tip with cash. However, the drink here is made inconsistent. I was so disappointed but decide to give them a lot of chances by keep coming back. I ordered large blended caramelicious. It supposed to have whipped cream with caramel sauces on the top of it (like in the picture at the billboard). I have never customized my drink or ask for more but they made it just like what they want/ have in stock without letting the customer know. And today I am totally upset on how this location made my drink, Caramelicious without any whipped and sauces on top.
It tasted totally different to the point I want to throw it. Is it how the company want to earn smiles from the customers? Please make the drink more consistent, at least! because this is not the first time my drink was made not right!

Got a waffle breakfast sandwich and was about to eat it when I noticed there was a bug melted into the cheese and what appeared to be maggot eggs inside the food. Check the frozen food because you are seriously going to get people sick.

The husband tried this place for the first time while I was in an appointment. He had a coffee and the egg bite. He took me there for a drink and the egg bites. We have been back a few times since. The service is quick, the egg bites are super yummy and I have found a new favorite drink!
